Outstanding value for money. Spacious room, comfy bed. Nice extras including robes and slippers as well as a fruit plate in the room. Very good breakfast buffet. We didn't have dinner in the hotel but sure it would have been good and would happily try it another time. We also didn't have time to try the pool or spa, but it looked pleasant and its great that you could book a massage if you want. Location is not exciting, but it's a short drive or walk to Famagusta old town for sightseeing. Big supermarket right opposite the hotel. Recommended and would happily stay there again

No big deal, but we forgot to mention on checkout, the shower head in room 501 needs replacing.

Very good value for money 3 star hotel. Room and bathroom clean with bathrobe, slippers and toiletries. Tea and coffee in room but buffet breakfast included in room rate so ate in restaurant. Good selection but mainly salads with a few hot options. Staff on reception and in restaurant extremely pleasant and happy to oblige with questions and providing glasses/ice for own drinks. Great supermarket next door and very close to old town area. Would be happy to stay again.

We love where it's sited, staff are friendly and helpful! I've been a few times, and staff are always the same. We have drank in the bar and pleased that they don't charge premium prices. This time, they gave us a complimentary upgrade to the penthouse, lovely gesture, and a free short trial massage. Local bars and restaurants within walking distance as well makes it less costly as taxis are not always necessary. Beautiful views of the nearby mosque, which is worth seeing.

The massage in itself was great, just disappointed that even though the receptionist said is was OK for one of us to use both massages back to back, didn't get the full time in fact, only realised when got back to room it was 20 minutes shorter than expected 😳

The room was large, very comfortable & we liked the fruit plate & complimentary water. The staff were all excellent, very friendly & professional. The breakfast was good with a nice range of items. The 15 minute free massage was a nice touch.

Just a few small things which didn’t spoil our stay; there was no English tea at breakfast, the room was cleaned but wasn’t always restocked so we had to ask for toilet paper & toiletries, the bar only had small bottles of Efes & on one night didn’t have any.

The room, the fact it's not too far from the walled city and the Harbour near the Varosha District which your not allowed to take photos of.

The surrounding area which is out of the hotel's control but it was part of my attraction to Famagusta with it having the ghost town of Varosha in it. Maybe if the town was renovated it would lose it's quirkiness.

The staff makes ALL the difference to other hotels.Costumer service and genuine hospitality was top priority.The staff at reception were simply FANTASTIC. It was very busy when I checked and the male young receptionist kept his cool, was incredibly polite and on top arranged a bicycle for me. Incredible. Problems wth the TV were sorted immediately. Breakfast was varied and quite good. Housecleaning on a daily basis. Top location and opposite super market. I would always come back. Highly recommended.

Carpet in rooms was a bit odd. Wifi was terrible in my room, very bad reception. (2nd floor). This should be improved.

Absolutely fantastic! Great location, close to old town by car. We were lucky and were greeted by a lovely English lady on reception who gave us massage vouchers for amazing massages. She was awesome! The room was huge and had a balcony, which is great for drying clothes in this heat.

The hotel is in front of a supermarket that made our life easy. It gave us free vouchers to enter a nearby beach. The breakfast was OK. The Internet was OK. Some staff were friendly..

The sheets that had stains. The broken window locks. Not cleaning the room everyday, nor vacuuming. The cleaners not washing their hands after changing the garbage and handling the towels and cups. But the cleaners were kind and overworked. They were limited in number and had to do the whole hotel.

This is a comfortable hotel, with very friendly and efficient staff. The room was very large and very clean. The location needs a short car journey into the old town but the hotel provides good breakfast as included in the price and a good choice of evening meal at extra cost if you dont want to leave the hotel.

We did enquire about the spa massage but didn't actually get any further information but ad we were only staying 2 nights dudnt really have enough time. Obviously the spa was not staffed all the time

Great breakfast, good dinner buffet (extra cost) , helpful friendly staff. Complimentary 15 minute massage given on arrival. Supermarket opposite had a deli one could buy everything for a meal like roast chicken and rice/salad to eat in room. Water provided daily. Pleasant walk to old town.
