Breakfast was excellent. Spacious grounds out of town. Bonanza Brewery was decent fun. Pool area did have a resort feel about it

Everything was good but nothing exceptional. For the price I was expecting something special, a special ambiance. The truth is, this place is just a generic corporate conference centre with accommodation. Yes, it's out of town but there was nothing much to distinguish it from any other chain, which at $250 a night was actually a little underwhelming and i have stayed at a lot better in this price bracket.

I loved the Spa, found out too late it had a hairdressers. I loved the Brewery.. The pool area is great. I also liked that as a leisure stay we weren't dominated by the business only guests. All the stay were very courteous and professional. Call out for the woman on reception who checked us in. And Gift, the evening waiter who looked after us.

I liked the location as it its not far from Lusaka but far enough to have a very pice-full lockation the general set up of the Hotel is very plesent

Staff want to get personal, like asking names when serving. This is un necessary and repulsive. What's their interest in my name and the service they offer. Specifically, a tall gentleman in the restaurant

The property is located in a good location. The road is good and the property is vast with amazing views of Bonanza Golf Course.

I did not have breakfast, because I was waiting for the receptionists st to coordinate with the Maintenance dept. To supply hot water to my room, it never happened. All I got was a a card from the Rooms Division Manager saying next time you come, ask for me. I live in England and come once a year. That was the only disappointing thing. Botanical was brilliant and the spa fantastic.

They could have changed me to another room to have a shower. First room I got the card key wasn’t working, then the second room no hot water.

Beautiful place with a great ambience and natural surroundings. Quality rooms. Very welcoming & helpful Staff during breakfast, especially the very tall man.

In our room, the sliding door leading to the bathroom, even when closed there are gaps which allow you to see into the bathroom from the sides of the door.

The staff were outstanding! Special mention to Elementa restaurant staff Chada and our amazing waitress, Thelma. The food was amazing and topped it all off with a wonderful massage in the spa.

Wonderful facilities, matched by the equally wonderful staff! Good choice of very tasty food at the three restaurants we ate at.

The breakfast was ok but you can do better.

The nshima was not naturally cooked. it was pathetic. It appears you use machines for cooking. The bar closes too early even at the brewery.
