The room is spacious and the buffet breakfast is quite satisfactory. Also, you can reach Sunny Beach within 15 minutes on foot. There is a big parking space for free just next to the hotel.

The check-out time is 12.00 at noon but the housekeeping entered the room while I was sleeping, which was disturbing. They should have asked the reception whether the guests had left the room or not before they decided to enter the room without permission because it is an invasion of privacy.

Clean rooms, clean pool, good staff

Food needs improving in quality and variety, not to many things to choose from!

The pool was clean, free parking, the room was large and the bed looked nice. 300m from the bus that takes you to Nessebar. You have to visit it. It's a hotel above the rate of 8.

There was a small leak at the shower cabin so we had to avoid the water on the floor. It didn't bother us too much though. It's a bit far from the city center, you have to walk around 15-20 minutes. The food was ok but not too many sortiments. Nothing fancy in this area.

This hotel was really good! Rooms are so big and clean. We had two separate rooms. Bed has new mattrasse, very comfortable. Sofa not comfy but ok for a few days. Great service, staff polite and quick. It was an all inclusive deal and food was excellent. So many choices. For the price we paid we had no complaints. Normal wifi connection throughout the property. Sometimes wifi was not good but ir was enough. Swimming pool was well maintained. Free parking space around the building. Hotel seems to be new or renovated. My family like it so much. We recommend. 10min walking to the beach.

The view : Next to the hotel there is old abandoned building -Deluxe Club - which is ruined, trash everywhere, it makes view so bad trough the balcony and you walk past it every time you go to the beach.

Food was great comparing with the money we spent for the trip. We never used the pool because we came for the sea. The beach is at 600 m away, very easy to get there.

I didn’t like the way they served wine, Bulgaria is famous for wine, please serve it as it should be served, temperature and so. I didn’t like the kind of glass they use at the pool area, serve your wine, beer and cocktails with a bit more style. The gray plastic glass can you use for the kids or only for soda and water, and buy some other ones with a bit more style or use real glass instead. The food at the buffet was okay, but some of it was cold and should be warm.

The housekeeping ladies were extremely lovely and nice and helpful the bar staff was also delightful food could be questionable at times but it was what it was, for the price we paid I don't think we could get a better deal. The hair shampoo was hinting dog shampoo vibes a lil bit so I would recommend to bring your own. We received a welcome gift which was very lovely.

Excellent value for money. Good and diversified food. Big apartment, enough for a family with 3 children.

The location of the hotel is a little bit far from the beach, cca 15min walking distance (slow walking though with small children).

The hotel is located a bit off the beaten track, but far from the hustle and bustle, which ensures silence. Close to the beach. Well run hotel. The pool is clean and quite large. The food is varied, very tasty, full set until the end of the meal. The rooms are functionally furnished. The apartment is clean.

Very clean, friendly staff, the food was great and quite diverse, we booked a double room and got an apartment instead, the pool was clean and well maintained, great positioning near points of interest, supermarkets and gas stations. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to other people!
