the location was good, close to many things, bws drive thru across the road alongside hungry jacks, servo just down the road as well as a marketplace with woolies, butchery, bakers delight etc. parking on-site. With the blue plate restaurant and you could get room service and breakfast. we stayed deluxe family room which was on second floor and had balcony. (if youre a smoker) when the staff made up my room they made up the kids beds with a toy each on their bed and pack of cookies each, it was very sweet. every single staff member was so kind and helpful. beds super soft. large bathroom, shower was good pressure, may need new shower head though. air con in room great and quiet. scallops were great but the homemade pumpkin ravioli with buttersage sauce was amazing!

the kids loved that our room was on second floor, but their were stairs to climb, mine decided to push their suitcases down the stairs, don't think there was a lift, but I also didn't ask.

Location, facilities and comfortable bed

Finding a car park when we returned at 9.45 pm to the motel after a catching up with friends. All car parks were full even the one in front of our room as such we did a couple of laps around the facility but I eventually had to go in and ask for guidance on how/ where I could park. The lady was friendly and apologised this was an ongoing problem but did have one of their chefs move their car for us to allow us to park. Please note we would use the motel again as they were very good to us which we appreciated

Our overnight stay in this well sized room was very comfortable. Parking right outside the door was convenient. Easy check in and check out. Everything worked. We liked the long bench along the wall. Plenty of power points and charging facilities,

The position of the shower head and the lack of seals on the shower doors permitted a lot of water to spill out of the shower. We had to use the towels to mop the floor to prevent slips.

The staff where amazing!! Friendly and so helpful and quick to resolve any concerns. Walking distance to major shopping mall, take out across the road. Free ample parking.

I didnt like that initially the room was extremely dusty but the staff where helpful and appreciated me mentioning that it was not to standard, they fixed the situation and gave it a good clean, wipe and dust. Which fixed my allergy concern. But late entry is via the back entry which was quite dark Also my tv didnt have any chanels working, so luckly kmart was down the rd and grabbed a hdmi connected the laptop and was able to watch some netflix

Room was clean and quite big. It was better than we expected and was very comfortable unfortunately there were no facilities available to use when we stayed (bar, restaurant, lounge) although there was a coffee/breakfast van adjacent to the motel we could have used. The pool did look good although we didn't use it.

The lack of any facilities to unwind or have a drink other than in our room.

Rooms spacey, easy walk to the main town and the bowls club. Service was excellent, big spacey bathroom, beds super comfy. The restaurant was great value for money and the staff were super helpful being coeliac they understood our circumstances with food and had options that were for us. Don’t get that much these days.

The only thing I would say is the main stairs looked dirty like it’s not cleaned very well but that would be my only complaint. Very minor and did not change my overall rating

Cosy, clean, spacious room, excellent food, lovely friendly staff. Nothing to complain about at all. Great handy parking right outside the door. Quiet too, well designed. Restaurant easily accessible from the guests rooms. Good accessibility for a wheelchair user. Spacious room, well designed bathroom. Food excellent. Staff excellent.

Room was clean comfortable and very quiet. We had 3 rooms booked and were given rooms next to and opposite each other accessible by back door onto hallway. We needed one room for elderly mother who has low mobility and all rooms were perfect for her. We ate breakfast in restaurant. Good choice on menu and would eat there again. Have already booked three rooms for next catch up in June, Have stayed in a few hotels/motels in Goulburn over the years and this is by far the best and meets all our needs.

We have stayed here before. The room is not big but clean. It had everything we needed. There is a sofa, good sized TV, a small fridge, coffee and Tee making area with some cookies. The bed was comfortable. There is space to hang clothing also. Shower Gel and Soap is also provided.

Toilet paper could be a bit thicker.

Comfy bed, I was on the 1st floor and the room as access on both size from the inside the hotel and from the outside the hotel. I can park and load up the bag right in front of the door. Breakfast was tasty.

My room has 2 beds, one double and one single. I sleep on the single bed but it seems to have rarely used. Previous stay must have put the bad on it. It was dusty I just have dust it off.
