Great location right behind Tatt's Hotel, and then across the road is the Astor Hotel and then a short walk to Woolworths/Aldi and the main street. Both hotels have great food options, the Tatts Hotel is open for breakfast and that was sensational. We had a one bedroom apartment for 3 nights and it was very spacious, exceptionally clean and very warm air conditioning for the icy Goulburn nights. The tea/coffee options in the room was plentiful. NIce washing/dryer machine in the bathroom. Secure car parking was $10 per night and the spaces are a good size. Cannot fault The Quest Goulburn.

There was nothing to fault.

The rooms were large and the beds were incredibly comfortable, extra linen was provided in the cupboards there were also pillows of different thicknesses for comfort.. The blackout blinds are useful to block out the sunlight and street lights, the double glazed windows allow for a silent retreat when all the windows are closed and for sleeping. The room layout was well thought out , providing ample room for sharing with others/kids. The couch was comfortable and large and able to be pulled out as an extra bed If needed, there was also a reasonably sized kitchen and a large table for family breakfasts. The balcony was also of decent size for a hotel room and relaxing on. The rooms were really clean and the air-conditioning was excellent, it was good that there was an individual air conditioner in every room to allow for each person's individual wants. Overall it was an excellent stay, and the lady that works at the reception desk was incredibly helpful, Not only to myself but I witnessed her being overly helpful to other guests assisting them in their needs, as well as accommodating my self and my guests with our personal wants and needs.

I wish there was bottled water in the rooms and water and other drinks in vending machines, This would be amazing as Goulburn tap water is not the best. But this is not a hotel issue, the hotel was amazing. The water is a Goulburn water issue that is out of the hotel's control.

The tea company used, always a sign of a good hotel in my experience. Would’ve loved to use the coffee plunger but had to leave very early and left my travel cup at home. Room was very tidy, spacious, slightly noisey neighbours but who doesn’t love a good footy game? Better than other noises I could’ve heard! Receptionist was really good as well!

Parking situation I feel was a bit cheeky to charge for secure parking which was a tight car park. Good stay for a stop over.

This property was exceptional (I am very fussy when it comes to hotels). The main bedroom had a TV, which was a really nice touch. Both the main bathroom and ensuite were exceptionally clean and very roomy. The second bathroom had a washing machine and a heat pump dryer behind a closed door, yet there was still a lot of room within the bathroom. Both showers were exceptionally large and bathtub-free (thank goodness!), with each having a massive shower head with very strong water flow - very rarely offered in most hotels! The living area was also very clean and very well set out, and featured a large dining table, which was very handy. Cooking and eating utensils were very well stocked. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and lighting within the property was very good. Bed linen was clean, with extra pillows and blankets provided. I would have absolutely no hesitation in staying at this property again. BTW, the buffet was amazing, and the staff an absolute pleasure to deal with. Each staff member was more than happy to offer their assistance, always with a smile, which is a great bonus.

Honestly, I can't think of anything negative. Of course, nothing is perfect; however, I honestly cannot think of anything that negatively affected the stay.

I stayed for one night whilst travelling through Goulburn. My room had very modern styling and was furnished with a small kitchenette, and there was also a cavernous bathroom available. The room presented as clean, neat and tidy and would be a great option for anyone who was planning an extended stay in Goulburn. The apartments themselves are located within a short 5 minute walk of the CBD and there are multiple dining options nearby, should you choose to venture out.

I think given the cost of the room per night, and the fact that this facility is not in a capital city, charging $10 for parking seems a little out of place in a country town, especially since just about every other accommodation provider in Goulburn doesn't charge to park a vehicle on site.

Well located modern low rise building. Multiple restaurants and hotels within easy walking distance, as is retail strip. If coming to Goulburn by train, 10-15 minutes relatively level walk from railway station. Excellent parking at moderate extra charge. Lift to all floors and ramp to front door and basement lift. Rooms a good size with all amenities and cooking facilities. Free wifi worked well, as did TV. Reception staff extremely pleasant and helpful with information on area attractions. Not disturbed by any traffic noise or rumblings from other guests. Very suitable for an overnight or few nights stay.

What a treasure. We were traveling from Victoria to Queensland and Goulburn was more or less half way. We walked in not expecting much and were greatly surprised to see such loveliness and space. The staff member that booked us in was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Once we walked into the studio we hired for the night we were surprised again. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We have stayed in places that cost way more per night and offer way less. Quest, we will be back.

The staff are amazing! From front of house with Sarah, Beth, Ellie and Mikayla to the support team who cleaned and worked in the background. I cannot speak more highly of their efforts to make me feel comfortable after my son entered hospital and my stay needed to be extended. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Always asking after my welfare. The rooms are spotless, bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

You can't really go wrong with Quest Appartments, there's a reason people lease them long term, you can actually live in them with all the amenities. Lots of space, all the extras, comfy and quiet. We did have a room towards the back of the block, so not near the main road.

Parking was on the street or where you could find unless you wanted to pay the $10 a night. Room only had a small window, not sure it opened at all.

The stay at the Quest was absolutely Brilliant.. the Size of the room blew our minds.. it was beautiful.. the view of the churches was amazing.. the location was awesome aswell... the TV's and lounge was so good.. the staff were so good.. the bathroom was absolutely brilliant the shampoo and conditioner was so nice
