The rooms were big, enough space and beds for the entire family. The food was quite good and enough for everyone.

We did not have any mosquito nets, no place to hang the wet clothes and towels - which is really important. I totally disliked that the guests were "reserving" the sunbeds with the towels at 7 in the morning and only using them after 11 in the morning. The staff was not doing anything in this matter. It creates quite a discomfort. The same happened on the beach, I found a lot of the hotel guests quite impolite. The children's free lunch was a nice idea but very low quality

Minuses: 1) weak air conditioner in the room, that cannot cool the air - every day rooms temp. was about 25,5-26,2 And there is no ventilation in the bathroom 2) charge for mini-bar in the room 3) absolutely not comfortable in the restaurant - very and very hot - no air conditions (sunny side too) 4)check out with long queues, because there are people, who have already paid for the hotel and those, who need an invoice - we recommend that Hotel optimise this for comfortable and fast check out 5) big waterslides is old and it hurts

The property is very near the sea and the surrounding area is beautiful. Also, everything is clean and the staff is nice and friendly. The food choice is good and various food choices are present. Overall, our stay was relaxing and very nice!

The AC system is old. We were there at the beginning of the May but still it was very hot and AC didn’t work. We assumed that the AC is based on whole hotel. Also, it would be nice to have extra coffee and tea in the room with the kettle.

The hotel has a great pool area and small aquapark that was fun to visit. The breakfast was nice and had plenty of options. The parking fee is was very affordable compared to other hotels. We had a great time on the property as there is a very nice boardwalk that leads through the resort. The small train takes you from the resot to Umag was a wonderful way to get around.

The lounge chairs at the pool were impossible to get a hold of, as most of them had towels on them by 10am even though there were not that many people using the pool at that time. The hotel should regulate how the lounge chairs are being used and prevent "towel reserving" of the loungers.

My recent stay at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Danijel Korenika and Katarina Trivanovic. Their dedication to ensuring a memorable experience truly elevated my stay, leaving me eager to return and indulge in their unparalleled hospitality once again.

The location is huge, I mean huge. It almost half an island, you can walk and hour and still next to the complex. There are 5-6 hotels, bars, beaches, shops, restaurants on site, you don't even have to go anywhere in Umag. Great place for people with children and also without them. The pool side is nice and there are a lot of place, you don't have to worry about crowd maybe on peak season at breakfast, but it is okay.

We arrived with an electric car and the receptionist said there is no option to charge on the location. Later we found a free charger next to the hotel..It would have been better if they can help with us.

I was in top season with very large crowds. Large dining rooms for breakfast and dinner, however, still very very crowded. Pools are rather small for such a large hotel. Sea beach is sandy, which is rare in Istria. Nice small watherpark for children is available near the hotel main pool.

I paid for parking (though very very cheap - 1 EUR), however, there was no parking space left. There should be somekind of parking management in place. I even got a notice that I parked incorrectly - but I had to park there, as all regular places were full.

- Coffee for breakfast is absolutely terrible - leaking bathtub (there should be a seal under the glass wall) - broken lights on the way to the sea - rude bartender at the kids pool bar

Really big and comfortable bed, big room Variety of tasty meals, pleasant and forthcoming staff Animation team was doing really wonderful job

There was a quite noticeable noise from the other room, probably coming from the connection door between the rooms which was not perfectly fitting Air conditioning was barely holding up

Nice facilities, friendly staff, close distance to the tennis academy and the sea, good choice for breakfast and dinner.

The air conditioner could do its work better - we had 26C in the room even while it was 25C outside. And from time to time, unripe fruits at the dinner.
