Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel and rooms are kept immaculately clean throughout. Excellent choice at breakfast. All in all I cannot fault much at this hotel.

The pool area sunbeds are not very comfortable. There are 'Balinese Style' beds and these ARE very comfortable but you must pay for these beds - although it is reasonable value as you get food and drink throughout the day - it is probably an additional expense that most would not take every day.

Lovely location, spotless swimming pool and area. Lovely food, well presented. Restaurant staff were efficient. Some of the staff are very friendly. Like the peace there are no pool activities. Just Bliss. Rooms are very clean. Rituals body wash, shampoo and hand wash. Non smoking hotel. WiFi was great. English tv channels bbc1&2 itv channel 4. Nice balcony overlooking the sea.

The reception staff after checking you in did not greet you on seeing you, very rarely. Did not provide on arrival things to do in the area. Did not provide stay in room late check out. They allowed smoking on the balcony which really put me off, we had to keep our balcony door closed as next door were smoking non stop. Considering I paid extra for a seaview I was not happy. I told the reception, the man was not interested. They were efficient but that let the hotel down…. And I really want to go back

The location is amazing. We enjoyed the views from every part of the hotel. We had a garden room which led directly to the pool. This suited us perfectly. The room was modern and a good size. The shower was excellent. The rooftop terrace provided an ideal spot for before and after dinner drinks. The restaurant offered a good choice. Breakfast was excellent but in the evenings we often found the food to be luke warm. We enjoyed our day on the Cabana bed and so glad we booked in advance.

We didn’t realise that people from apartments could also use the pool and on some days the pool area was quite crowded.

We particularly loved the staff - they went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. They really made us feel special. They truly run a very slick operation. Faultless really. We also think that the stairs straight into the sea just make this hotel – it is what lured us here in the first place. My husband did lots of snorkelling and was surprised how many different types of fish he spotted in large numbers within the ringed-off swimming area. Just to be able to emerge from the sea (or pool) and go straight to your room and terrace just a few steps away seemed like such luxury. And the spa treatments are incredible, especially the Diamond Luminous facial and the hot stone massage. We can't wait to go back!

The one improvement the hotel could make is to recycle the single-use plastic bottles delivered every day to the room. We put our bottles aside for recycling but they were just put in the same bin as all the other rubbish. There are bins for glass, packaging and paper by the pool and at the back of the building – but oddly not one for plastic. Considering the hotel overlooks the ocean, we thought there would be more mindfulness about plastic waste. But we regret having to highlight anything negative about this hotel – because it is a very special place indeed.

The hotel and its staff are utterly superb. The hotel's location is stunning, right at the heart of a small, and very beautiful, little town. It is meticulously maintained by the staff who go above and beyond to welcome you and make sure you have everything you could ever need. A huge thank you to the hotel Livvo team for making our holiday so special. We shall be back very soon. Thank you again. Joanna and Graham

There was nothing to dislike.

The location is unbeatable right by the port and sea.The room needs a bit of modernising.Staff brilliant but often short staffed so rushed.Breakfast there was a good choice and always stocked.

The steps to the sea need cleaning.The top 2 are shined clean but the others below the water are green and VERY slippery and dangerous.I reported it to the life guard and front desk nothing was done!!!!!

Hotel was in a great location overlooking the marina. Food was excellent and staff lovely

Whilst my room was lovely, very spacious and comfortable, the balcony was tiny and must have been the only one in the whole hotel which never got any sun at all! (Room 202). Luckily I was with friends so was able to sit on their SUNNY balcony! I paid extra for an upgraded room with sea view but in actual fact Marina view would have been just as good!

Great location, good buffet and kind staff. Rooms well designed and all facilities were good. Pool area and stairs into the sea were great.

No lift to the roof top terrace - difficult for dad (90) to access, everywhere else great. Limited bar service around the pool, only self service if not using the additional cost Bali beds, which didn’t work for our small family group.

what a fantastic location, marina in front of our balcony and straight into the Atlantic ocean at the rear of the hotel via direct steps into the sea..... rooftop also a bonus with good daybed packages on offer. Staff very helpful and friendly and buffet surprisingly decent actually. Would definitely return for sure.

not keen on the single bed set up in bedrooms tbh....
