We were a group of 9 staying in three suites for the World Baton Twirling Championships. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and clean. Plenty of room to spread out, when you are staying with a large group. The decor was contemporary and comfortable. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Top marks for the cappuccinos made by the waiting staff at breakfast. The hotel is 40 40-minute walk from the Inalpi arena and 30 minutes to the centre. Taxis are reasonable and the hotel will call if you need one. Some nice restaurants around the corner from the hotel, catering for coeliacs.

Would of liked more bars nearer.

The hotel is very nice, we had a huge apartment, clean very well equipped and very comfortable. Staff were polite and the breakfast decent. The in hotel restaurant was nice as well and an in-room dinner is offered.

The entrance of the hotel has quite few stairs before you reach the elevator and this is not at all practical for people with strollers or handicaps. The breakfast is ok but limited in choices. The omelets are charged extra money Our room was hit by the sun and one of the bedrooms was at 32 degrees Celsius. There was no option in the heating system to cool down the place...

The suite is wonderful. Large, well equipped, very clean. The breakfast is various, with food's high quality. Sanitary equipment of bathroom shows a great quality in every detail. The gym is small, but with a necessary equipment for a training. To go to the centre you have to walk for 25/30 minutes by feet

Everything is good, except the gym and parking's management. You cannot use the gym if....one person booked the gym before you !!!! Meanwhile, you cannot leave the car in parking (the price is 24 euro per day not depends from time) after 15 in the afternoon, also for one or two hours, if it's the last day. You must pay, without any tolerance . Moreover, the staff approach is not the best : persons at the reception will not try to help you solving your request, but they will apply, with evident rigidity, hotel's rules without any attempt to understand your problems. It's a pity, considering the high quality of this structure

What impressed me the most about the room we were assigned was the space! It was huge! A one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, 1.5 bath, and a huge TV in the living room. The room was clean and had good AC and a huge en suite bathroom. The breakfast was buffet style, however, the quality of the food was good. They provided good espresso machine coffee to the table even though they also had the instant espresso machine.

If I had to choose one thing that I didn't like about this hotel, the location. It is located south of the historic city center. It was 10 euros plus 2 euros for luggage for a taxi cab from Porta Nuova station. You can also walk about 3 blocks to the metro station and get to the historic center in about 2-3 stops. There is a nice park just a few blocks behind the hotel with a beautiful fountain and along the Po River.

The rooms (or apartments, rather) are huge! One of the best stays I had on my trip to Italy. I arrived early and could store my luggage safely until the room was ready. Property felt very safe, and it was easy to get to the city center and train station using the metro or by foot. Housekeeping was excellent and came everyday.

The AC wasn’t working (late April). I don’t know whether it was due to local regulations or the building’s AC/heating system.

An exceptional Stay. We are fairly well travelled 🧳 However you will struggle to find a bigger appartement or more facilities Within an apartment/Hotel. Breakfast is a tad limited & does not meet the standard expected of such an establishment. Restaurant facilities & menu meets expectations. Spa facilities & massages reasonably priced & well appointed.

The staff at breakfast don’t meet the standard expected Not clearing up. No fresh juices available. No fresh milk available. Further training needed on how to make cappuccino to some of the staff.

The apartment was big, bright and comfortable. Pretty good breakfast with an excellent choice of pastries. The apartment kitchenette was well equipped with all basic goods to cook. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Many thanks to all of them! Hotel parking is very expensive - 24Euro per day. However, in front of the hotel, there is public parking for the price of 1.5 euros per hour. The public parking is free of charge from 19.00 to 8.00 on the next day. We always found a free parking lot for our car. There is public transport from the hotel to the city center. Actually, we used it just once.

The hotel is located a bit far from the center. It was about 12 euros by taxi or 1.5 euros by bus. It took about 15 minutes to drive to the center.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped, and included a small fully-functional kitchen and separate dining area. The bed was very comfortable and the shower outstanding. Everything appears to be new. The reception desk is friendly and efficiently staffed at all times.

Getting from the hotel to the city's main sights by public transport can be quite challenging.

Loved the size of the room - super large and beautiful ambience. The bathroom overlooked the city with full length windows. Would have happily remained indoors if we didn't want to see Turin. We brought our dog with us, and there were heavy duty food and water bowls placed in the room, as well as a complimentary doggie bag for dog waste. There was even an option to notify cleaners that there was a dog in the room while cleaning. Loved the fact the hotel was very close to a very large park. Restaurant was fantastic. Evening staff were friendly, polite, welcoming. We will definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone visiting Turin.

Two very small points - the dog bed just fit our dog (who is 20kg). It might be too small for a medium dog that isn't flexible, or dogs over 20kg. I wonder whether other options are available for bigger dogs? It is not so central, but we had our own vehicle so this was not a problem. Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like. Keep up the good work.

The staff was very welcoming and kind, no question went unanswered and professionalism was above and beyond reproach. Fully intend to stay again in the near future, thank you to the entire staff for their professionalism, effort, and kindness. Will absolutely recommend to all colleagues and friends as the GO-TO LOCATION for Torino.
