Beautiful hotel right off interstate 75!! The staff was wonderful!! Beautiful rooms!! Balcony!! Bistro for breakfast and dinner, a small bar with a small starbucks drink area for in the morning!!

Bistro wasn't open for Dinner but they made us drinks and we ordered pizza it worked out great they were very very accommodating!!!!!!

They had the most friendly, helpful staff! There was a Starbucks located in the building and they offered food! I liked the set up of the room. Love that they offered so many choices on the tv. I usually won’t ride elevators because they scare me but the Courtyard elevators were big enough and a smooth ride! I also took the stairwell and it was large, CLEAN and had cameras which made me feel safe! Plus, I love the free parking on site!!!

We stayed here for the Dayton basketball game and to visit our son at UD. We walked across the parking lot to the game and were very close to UD. We liked the dinner and breakfast options, but we ended up not using them. Our room was nice size and the bed was very comfortable.

The fridge was nice to have, but it didn't really keep our drinks cold. The water pressure was low on the shower.

The room was spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly.

There was no hair dryer in the bathroom and there was a funky smell in the hallway.

Only had a bagel and coffee.

Would have liked a breakfast included in price of room.

Very clean! Employees were so kind and had sense of humors which was a huge plus. Check out was at 12 originally but they gave me an extra hour which was so nice. Nice comfortable, clean location to rest your head.

Brought our own breakfast. Coffee was good.
