We had a wonderful stay at this charming bed and breakfast in the heart of Cefalù. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, and communication was smooth and warm throughout our stay. The service was exceptional, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious – fresh, generous, and thoughtfully prepared. The location is perfect, just a short walk from both the beach and the historic center. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Cortile Umberto I in Cefalù! Everything was perfect — from the cozy and clean room to the stunning view from our window, which made my mornings especially magical. A special mention goes to the reception staff, who provided me with very helpful and interesting information about local attractions and hidden gems in the area. Their recommendations made my experience in Cefalù even more memorable. Highly recommended — we would definitely come back!

Hospitality, allowed early check in with grace. Clean rooms and comply beds ( I’m picky!) Breakfast fantastic and readily available for questions. Our host took our bags from our car out front and hoisted them on a pulley lift up to our trellis- no hassle and brilliant!!!

Free street Parking was a bit of a distance but free is good and in general, that seems to be the norm in Sicily ( first time visiting). We Americans are spoiled and certainly can use more excercise!

The rooms and the space are very well designed with an attention to all the details (like hooks on the walls of the bathroom or a shelf in the shower installed so that it does not get wet, or a flower watering can, or an espresso machine and espresso cups in the room ...). The breakfast was nicely arranged with everything you need to start the day. And kitchen available for making tea in the evening. And Fabrizio was a perfect host. He was friendly and patient listening to us telling him how cool everything is organized. He was very helpful with providing important hints about Cefalú and where to eat out.

The only thing that I could recommend for improvement (especially for the German guests) during the breakfast — also provide the soft boiled eggs. Though I understand how difficult it is to do that actually.

- The owner Fabrizio is extremely friendly, helpful and excellent in communication (also in English). Many thanks! - The rooms / bathrooms are of very tasteful modern design, new and well equipped. Pleasant is also the little balcony of the room where I enjoyed cappuccino in the sun after breakfast. - The breakfast was of high quality and rich choice, prepared/served by two friendly smiling ladies who made me feel like at home. Also to them "mille grazie".

We loved everything about staying at the B&B. From central location, very clean and modern in an Historical building, excellent breakfast and most importantly the warm welcome of fabrizio and the staff and wonderful tips and advise! We felt at home and everything was really easy, smooth and made our few days in Cefalu a great holidays. As we were heading to Palermo, we also got from Fabrizio a very useful list of things to do and see. We definitely highly recommend this place!

The location of this property was great! Just a short stroll to the historical centre of Cefalu and attractions. Massimo our host was lovely and his recommendations were spot on. He was responsive to any questions we had. Breakfast was delicious with a large range of options. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Thank you Massimo for making our stay in Cefalu so easy and wonderful!

Cortile Umberto gives you the feeling you're staying at home in your own comfort. The host takes time for all the guests, the rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfast is good (with very friendly staff). It is also a plus that items such as umbrellas for the beach are available to use. Communication with the host went smooth and you can reach them very easily via Whatsapp (quick response).

Breakfast time for myself, as an early bird, was a bit late. So we generally went out for a cup of coffee first before having breakfast at the B&B. On the plus side it makes the B&B very quiet. So it didn't bother me really.

Fabrizio was an excellent host, accommodating and attentive. He did everything for our stay to be enjoyable, he even prepared breakfast a little earlier as we had an early train on our departure day! Aside from that, the B&B is very well located and perfect for a short stay

Perfect location in town. Easy free street public parking nearby (300m - in winter, you can park inside the building yard for downloading the luggage). Everything is new. Very quiet. Breakfast buffet is abundant and variated. Staff super friendly and helpful.
