Perfect hosts - extremely polite and very helpful Location very good Honesty bar by the pool is a really lovely touch

Unfortunately major building work is now in progress on the site adjacent to Apollonia as of Feb 2025 This will impact those staying at this property in the coming months. Not the fault of the lovely Apollonia but feel it needs a mention Property a little tired, but the hosts more than make up for this.

The accommodation was perfect in every way possible. We arrived in the middle of the night and the taxi driver booked by the hotel even took the time to show us to our room. The location is something one cannot describe but experience. Being surrounded by greenery, waking up to the quant atmosphere and views of the pool was very special for us. The apartment had everything one needs and more, we were truly surprised. Extremely helpful staff and clean premises. The pool area was so beautiful, the honesty bar, the gym equipment all made perfect sense. And as a cherry on the cake...the kittens, cute, friendly, fluffy kittens....a heavenly combination. Thank you for making our holiday in Paphos extra special....we will surely be back.

Excellent location, just a 5 minute walk to the promenade and 2 minutes from the mini market. The hosts were superb! We had a late flight and they waited for our arrival even though it was past 10pm. We also had some complementary snacks in the room waiting for us. The place is very quiet and relaxing, yet very near the restaurants and promenade. They also gave us jelly near the pool once! To top it all up, we were allowed a late check out and they sorted out the taxi booking for us. We would definitely come again if we return to paphos 😊

The apartment is listed as two star but the facilities make it a definite three star plus. Our apartment was spacious and well stocked with all necessities. The balcony was big enough for two sun loungers and a table and chairs. The room was cleaned on a daily basis and fresh towels were supplied. The pool area is an oasis of comfort. The pool temperature was just perfect in June. The honesty bar was a bonus and used accordingly. The apts were in a quiet location but close to the shops and numerous restaurants and harbour. Lots of free books available, so don’t pack any !

Maria, Tim, and Kyriakos were absolutely amazing, as was the entire staff. Everything I needed was taken care of within minutes. They even helped me book a tour and arranged a ride to my next destination. They truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe. I’m incredibly thankful and appreciative—it was a wonderful surprise to encounter such genuinely kind people, as they are rare. The studio apartment was perfect. It had everything I needed, plus tons of snacks and thoughtful touches—every little detail was taken care of. The location was also very convenient. I will definitely go back, and I highly recommend this place.

We loved the flexible and friendly approach. They cleaned and changed the linens upon request, at times that suited us. We had a car, and the place is very convenient for parking, as well as being close to the center and shopping. They helped us with the water pressure in the showers after we brought it to their attention. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again.

The nearby supermarket is not of a high standard, but there is an excellent one in the center, near the promenade by the beach.

In booking a short notice holiday I was looking for a relaxing location but within walking distance of the local attractions This family run hotel presents a warm and inviting atmosphere and Kyriacos and Maria, the owners and their staff are friendly and attentive. The apartments are spacious, clean and we'll appointed and the communal pool area is quiet and relaxed Ideally situated in a quiet location, it is within 250m of a supermarket and local restaurants. The seafront promenade with a wide variety of other shops and restaurants is within 600m of the hotel

I would have liked a pool facing apartment, but not having one didn't spoil my enjoyment of the holiday

Very peaceful! The pool area is really beautiful! There is plenty of shade and lots of lovely palm trees. The coffee/snack area is nice, an ice machine would make it even better. The Wi-Fi is great, and also the shower is great. I did not like the microfiber sheets. They are constantly coming untucked so you’re sleeping on a bunched up sheet mess. Sheets should be cotton.

Property is located just behind of the Paphos bar street. It is very slose to the harbor and several beaches. It has nice pool and an honesty bar (self-service, you pay later). Staff is among the best I ever encountered in any hotel. Calm, knowledgable and in good control of languages. Room is average but with all kitchenware you may need and one of the best beds ever. Hotel area is covered in vegetation and pool water was warm. Guests were mostly older people, no families.

Owners Maria and Kiriyakos are one of the nicest hosts I have ever had. They have made themselves always available in case of any need. We had a very early flight and they accommodated us as soon as we arrived. A lot of welcome drinks and snacks. Nice swimming pool with self service and honesty bar. The apartment was spacy and very clean. Overall we had the feeling that we are at home. Conveniently located near to the harbour area. Supermarket nearby. Will definitely would like to stay again if we come again to Paphos.

Our apartment was facing a busy road and thus noisy. But there were earplugs left and available to use.
