Amazing property and great staff and facilities. Beautiful and spacious room with ample water bottles in the room. Spacious bathtub with drying wire, beautiful view and modern room. Hotel connected to shopping mall so shopping was perfect with mutiple restaurant options both inside hotel and in mall. Breakfast was one of the best I have had (lots of options!). Great crowd and amazing experience.

Only reason to give it a 9 is that I had booked an ocean view room but I could only see partial ocean view with most of the view of the city and racecourse. This is specifically why I had upgraded the room option for and don't think the view was worth it. I would still stay at the property again though.

Rooms are spacious with a great view (race course view). You can also see the coastal road and the sea from the rooms. Opt for higher floors. The lobby is on 9th floor. The pool, spa and gym on the 10th. Rooms are from 11-27th floor while 28-35 are private apartments. 36-38 are restaurants and banquet halls. Rooftop restaurant open after 5 pm accessible from 38th floor. This hotel is well connected to Palladium mall which is accessible from within the hotel drop off area. Lots of restaurants in this mall and around for other food options. Lavish spread for buffet breakfast and buffet lunch. Food quality is excellent. Staff is courteous.

The rooms were so nice. The best in my travels overseas. The Seven Kitchens breakfast dining was exceptional right from the start with excellent staff, you are assigned a helper all the way, who work seamlessly. The variety of culinary is just amazing. Foods from all over the world served fresh. The managers, helpers and cooks were all over making the dining experience unparalleled. Hotels need to come to St. Regis, Mumbai to benchmark. Soo much to say about the reception staff who were very helpful with the managers on duty and the concierge and security. Lastly the room staff were very meticulous and replaced items which had been used. The best part was as you enter the hotel building the aroma or scent was just so good, I even asked to buy a bottle but none was available and was informed the owner got it done himself for his wife from South of India. It was just invigorating. They should have some small bottles as soveniors or for sale.

Perfection! They catered to every little detail, including giving us an early check in which we didn't ask for, as well as complimentary massage. As we were coming from a long flight, the early check in was a game changer for us. The hotel is situated in the mall.so it's probably the best location in Mumbai for a shopping break. The breakfast was excellent and the complimentary drink and snack were superb. The room was amazing and the staff were superb, starting from the wonderful Shivani from front desk, who really went out of her way to try to accommodate us 👏

The Regis Mumbai, is an amazing hotel with exceptional service. Having recently returned from a week’s stay I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. The hotel itself is stunning, with fantastic restaurants and a great team of staff who go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. A special mention to the Duty Manager Roger Varghese, a true professional who really excels at his job, nothing is too much trouble, he is totally committed to ensuring a first class client experience. Also a mention of Danesh our brilliant butler, his attention to detail in our room was amazing and Rakesh the very helpful porter. As a world traveler this hotel and its staff stand at the top.

We visited in Jan 2025. The property is well maintained, fitted out with quality products, toiletries were of good quality. We were offered the pressing of two items per person per day which we found very useful as we were attending a wedding in Bombay. Daily yoga was complimentary. The shopping mall Pheonix Palladium attached to it is an added bonus and has a vast choice of shops and eateries . Staff were very professional, friendly and courteous. Special thanks to our butler Aaron, yoga instructor Prajeta and Ramesh, Dipti, Rupsa, Devendra and others at breakfast. We had a wonderful stay there. Thank you all.

This hotel made us want to come back again to mumbai, from the great welcome during checkin time to the amazing treatment we got at our stay, a special thanks to 2 people that made everything perfect; Shweta who had a solution to everything we need and Aniket who made all our breakfast and dinner experience the best. These two people made us decide to come back to the hotel and actually visit mumbai again. Hospitality is well understood from their end and i praise the hotel for having such staff. Well done for making it an unforgettable experience.

A true 5 star hotel Staff were very hospitable and catered to your every need. We were offered complimentary orange juice and also the reception staff were so kind enough to give us an extended check out given our flight was later in the evening. The breakfast was amazing and the room itself very sleek and modern. It is a fantastic stay and experience. Would definitely not hesitate to book this again in the future

We recently stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai to celebrate our daughter’s 6th birthday, and I can honestly say it was one of the most memorable experiences we’ve ever had as a family. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our little girl felt like a true princess on her special day.
