So comfort and big space for 2 peoples, there's aircond and tv available.

The staff hard to contact since the workers are not local and don't know how to solve when I ask about how do I get the key when I need the key to enter to mailbox to take the card and key to the room. And there's no mineral water available to drink even though there's a fridge available to use.

Very convenient as it was just 100 metres from my meeting venue. Apartments were spacious with queen bed with firm matress and soft/ hard pillows, cooking and laundry facilities. Residents had common respect for each other and created a very peaceful and quiet environment.

Few lights were not working in lounge area and TV not coming on.

the location is far from city, just what I need to relax and chill. Checking in the unit is easy and safe. The unit is bigger than I expected, suitable for couples.

Carpark might be hard to find the exit, because the signboard in the carpark are non-visible.

Perfect location for Traveller. Easy and convenience to reach almost all within walking distance. Pool are nice for relax and exercise. Room just perfect to stay.

Parking lot number to hang for easy to search. 1st timer hard to find parking number on the floor especially at night. Simple improvement will make it perfect

I know CBJ and Shaftsbury, so I know what I was getting into. The staff was very nice and flexible!

The cleanliness of the room was really disappointing. There was hair from the previous guests, fingerprints on the various surfaces...I have bought my own wet cleaning tissues and did a clean up to feel more comfy.

The management.. It's quite difficult to check in with car... Pls improve how to get check in with smooth instruction especially for those who first time

The agents were very helpful. The size of room is big enough to be comfortable.

1. There was delay in check in, but I got help from 2 agents. 2. Need to provide slippers due to cold floor. 3. Parking was difficult to find.

All about the property i like. Everything was great. From the checkin untill the checkout, everything was smooth and easy. The staff very helpfull. The room was very clean, aircond cold, got netflix and youtube to watch, wifi, hairdryer, iron, iron board. Like everthing was perfect. I love everything about this residence.
