Everything was lovely about the room, clean and spacious, i would recommend this hotel for individuals with car and planning to visit other nearby cities like Brussels, Bruge, and Antwerp, and there’s also a bus stop nearby (a two-minutes walk) if one is planning to visit the center of Ghent, and yes the hotel would ask you to pay a 150 euros I guess (not sure of the amount) as a deposit during your stay, I prefer to pay it in cash rather than being hold on my credit, and they gave it back after checking that everything is okay in the room

The hotel feels brand new and the attention to detail is amazing. High quality beds and rooms do not leave you wanting for more. Limoncello restaurant was great too. Parking is possible plus there is also an underground too. It seems that there is a little known overflow car park just outside the main barriers which leaves people struggling to make cars fit in unusual spaces.

The location is by the stadium which is out of town if you are visiting old Gent. Uber costs under €15 so my advice is use this as cabs on the meter are €20 often for the same car

This is probably one of the best hotels in town. Although it is not located in the centre, it is easily accessible from every part of the city. The room was rationally and elegantly furnished and had a very comfortable king-size bed. The staff is young and well trained — and the idea of having a small store near the reception where you can find both food and basic necessities is pretty nice. But the real highlight is its Spa: well-designed, clean and perfectly organised; if you are lucky enough to use it without anyone around... it becomes simply perfect!

No downside comes to my mind right now.

Breakfast - my family tried the breakfast but I didn't. Their feedback is that it scored on 2 areas - ambience and spread. However, they rated it one notch below on taste vs. the breakfast at Hilton Grand Place, Brussels. The overall ambience of the hotel was also good. So were the rooms and the amenities

Location - whilst only 5-6 km away from the city centre, it was quite an effort to get there and out. Secondly, the location itself was a little off-putting for a hotel - as it looked like an industrial area. Thirdly, I feel that the breakfast was overpriced at Euro 28.50

The breakfast is really very good. The dinner is good but requires improvement. The sitting area and restaurants are very cosy. They have invested quite a lot of capital and everything is new and clean.

The elevators are downsized for such a building and size - that's make them busy during peak times (check out). Dinner/Lunch/Drinks Prices quite high. The parking area needs to be cleaned - it is full of dust and unhealthy white construction powder. Hope it is improved a.s.a.p. The roof bar is closed during summer period - not clearly communicated earlier.

We came to Ghent for the Belguim Auto Show, so this hotel was in a good location, very clean, very comfortable extremely polite staff. However if you weren’t to come for the Belguim auto show you would be bored as there is not much around … no pool & no jacuzzi. The restaurant’ Mr Sato’ was the only thing that made this experience one of a kind! Absolutely top tier.

As stated previously, this kind of price point with no pool, no entertainment or nothing nearby shops, bars ect it really isn’t worth it. Also the staff in the reception area where they do small bites and drinks could be a bit more consistent, as it seemed a lot of people including us were waiting for around 10-15 minutes to have our order taken as there were no staff to be seen.

Very modern hotel on the outskirts of Gent. We booked an executive room and it was amazing. Huge room, huge bed and wonderful bathroom. Very nice staff on reception. Breakfast was nice but let down by strange scrambled eggs, horrible fruit purée instead of jam and staff slow to remove dirty plates from our table. Excellent parking in basement. We ate out at the Marriot 3 minutes walk away and very nice. Also at Hong Thong an excellent Thai restaurant about 5 minutes drive away.

Gent beef stew not available in the restaurant on our first night, but I wasn’t told until I ordered it. Pork schnitzel which was obviously frozen. For 24 Euros I expected better. Slow service at dinner and waiter who didn’t clear away everything before bringing the bill. Make sure you book with breakfast included in the price as it is not worth an extra 27 Euros!

A beautiful luxurious hotel with everything you could want. The rooms are huge and well-appointed, the beds are comfortable, with a thick, soft mattress topper. The gym is large and has good facilities. Fancy and delicious buffet breakfast with a chef cooking fresh omelettes or crepes, and a freshly squeezed orange juice machine.

The location is in an industrial area, so the view is not a feature, but the actual hotel more than makes up for it. There is a bus stop practically at the door step (not a 10 minute walk, google maps is wrong), and a supermarket across the parking lot. Easy to get into town by bus but only on Mondays to Fridays. Uber is an option.

Everything was really nice, the location, cleanliness, ambiance, restaurants, gym etc. Also, the breakfast was superb which enough options.

The 2 things we were not comfortable with were; 1. an open washroom (shower). So, we requested to change our room. The staff immediately responded to our request and moved us to a room with a closed shower. 2. The new room had a bed with 2 queen beds with bigger mattress/toppers on each, which were sliding away which was bit uncomfortable. We were there for a night only so we managed.

The staff was super friendly, especially the lady that helped me out getting into the elevator after I arrived late in the hotel after a performance and I was dragging all my costumes in different bags, she was super nice to me. The hotel feels very luxurious, comfy and warm. Location was great, perfect parking also which was important to me. Got an uber easily and it was a super short drive to the city. Nice bathroom and extra points for a seperate toilet.

The beds were not comfy, although I do understand you can't please everyone as beds are a very personal taste. I like harder beds and these were super soft and it didn't help that it were 2 seperate beds.
