Beautiful Hotel nestled among trees away from the hustle and bustle of the towns traffic but close enough that you're just minutes away from restaurants and shops. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and for us girls, the shower has really good water pressure, so you won't have to worry about not being rinsed off well.

Bathrooms need a vent fan, and I didn't like the T.V. being to the side of the bed.

Everything was great, James had a hard time locating my reservation, but kept at it, found a misspelling, not on his end, got me in.I asked about the 10.00 credit per day for the bistro, which I liked. Great nice person.

I will continue to shout it from the roof tops, CARPET IN HOTELS IS DISGUSTING! I can't for pity sakes understand how corporations can't see that. It's a nasty, bacteria harboring hazard! Don't even think for one second that I am the only person thinking that it's gross. Also when I checked out, the guy checking me out informed me that the 10.00 credit was only for certain members! Are you kidding me right now! I was leaving that 10.00 as a tip! Kind of pay it forward! Then go check out and said he couldn't figure out why James would have told me that, and that I misunderstood James and blah blah blah! I was not happy about that.

Although we did not eat breakfast .. We did however eat one of the best Pizza's made in-house.. Ever! highly recommend it... We also gave our compliments to receptionist downstairs in reference to the comfort of the bed but everything in general. During our Coast to Coast driving adventure.... This Hotel ranked #1 out of 8 hotels we stayed in....

The staff was very friendly and did their best to be accommodating. Starbucks coffee was delicious.

The bed (mattress) was not comfortable. Additional options offered on the dinner menu. Multiple choices (grilled cheese and tomato soup, etc.) out of stock. A large cup of coffee and a slice of banana bread ran close to $12. It would have been nice to have some other grab and go options.

Easily accessible from the I-24. Very clean and the room fit our needs. A nice walking trail near the hotel as well. Near shopping and restaurants. (In hotel dining is available as well.)

The in-room air conditioning unit was a bit noisy.

Buying food from the hotel is very expensive. Housekeeping service is varied, not dependable.

Bed very comfortable, room was clean and smelt good.

As much as I paid I expected things to be in better shape, tiles on floors (both in my room and foyer) cracked or missing pieces in a corner. Elevator was dirty. Sorry but it was noisy, I was trying to sleep and other guests were walking up and down hallway talking loudly, so I didn't get much sleep as I needed to leave at 4am.

Beautiful room very clean and cozy. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the restaurant on site. All the staff were over the top helpful and polite

All hotels have free breakfast. And the prices for breakfast was outrageous. Will not be staying there again.
