The location was great! We had a room on the third floor with amazing mountain view! Outside of the hotel was a beautiful terrace and nice tour walks towards the mountains. Nature was magnificent! Spa was good, two sauna, turkish bath, relaxing area and the pool with warm water. Parking was accessible and free. The staff was friendly and polite.

The breakfast options could have been more. The pillows in the room were not very comfortable and there was not many space to keep your stuff, such as a wardrobe. The water in the pool was ok, but I expected in the area of hydromassage to be hotter water. Couldn't stay long inside. Sometimes late night was noisy due to the drifting cars on the road just in front of hotel.

Great staff: kind and informative communication, and I appreciated their flexibility to support changes in my travel plans. The breakfast is fabulous, with something for everyone. Dinners were delicious. I was visiting for an athletic competition and appreciated all the tasty, healthy options. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Very nice location with a beautiful view at the mountains. Super friendly staff. We were even allowed to sit down at the restaurant with our dog in a separate area.

Unfortunately, the pillows could have been better. We had a two-level family room, and our children complained that there was not enough ventilation upstairs.

Location is excellent, Breathtaking views from the room and just outside the hotel. Breakfast is very good and varied, We enjoyed the bar in the evenings, and parking is free and easy.

We booked and paid in advance for 2 junior suites for 2 families, One of the allocated rooms was not like the pictures seen of a junior suite, It was a quadruple room. Still good and clean, but a little cramped.

Quiet location almost right up the mountain. Very friendly staff, especially the lady who checked us in was very helpful.

Short stay. No issues. Only negative is that our room seemed to be one of the few without a balcony, so specifically ask for a balcony to enjoy your room more.

We were able to check in earlier thanks to the nice hostess at the reception. Great location for hiking or biking. We visited the sauna and swimming pool. Good breakfast options for a fast Italian coffee and pastry or savoury German breakfast.

Spacious room with 2 bathrooms was excellent for 4 persons. Breakfast was also rich and tasty. And the view from the balcony was breathtaking.

Super clean. Super organized. Staff kind and available to follow all requests... Nice indoor pool. Will definitely come back.
