the room was very spacious and clean, better than I expected. Was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly Breakfast Buffett was a small selection but it was still nice and differed slightly each morning and wasn’t super busy

the shower has a wet smell to it but it’s nothing too bad, and the toilet struggled to flush a little bit, have to press the button a few times to get it going

the staff are all really friendly and helpful, the room was big and clean

I would say it’s not a very new property, the WiFi was very weak and sometimes not able to connect to. The pillow is not very comfortable. other than these it was a really nice experience

The room was spacious, and we also had a balcony with a nice city view. The staff at the hotel was nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and fresh. I also used their dry cleaning services, the price was very good and it was very quick as well. The location of the hotel is convenient as well: 5 min walk from metro and Basmane train station, 10 min walk from the bazaar.

typical turkish middle class hotel. the room was a good size, clean. the breakfast was also typical for such a hotel.. for one evening we didn't have much contact with the staff, but there were no problems. There is a parking lot..

the building needs renovation. many things are outdated. the towels have holes from use. The bathroom is in need of repair. In the morning in the lobby, during breakfast, there is loud music, at the same time a TV is on, which no one is watching, but the combination is not pleasant.

Great location, near the center. Our room was located at the back of the hotel so it wasn't very much noise. Very friendly staff.
