The location for me was excellent for the purpose of why I came to Hanover. The motel staff, Erin, was friendly, and very accommodating, agreeing to delay my check out time 1 hour. The room and AC were comfortable. I enjoyed my experience at this site.

The small fridge had a large built up of ice in the freezer section.

close to the Casino, nice clean room for the money

stayed here a year ago , no ice, no vending machines, stayed again May 2025 and still no ice and no working vending machine . this would make all the difference. Hope to see this resolved on my next stay .

The property was easy to find. Did not see anyone in person. Room was lovely and just had a refresh. However, the towel rail was falling off the wall and needed a new sink. Maybe would have been better to finish renovations before renting the room as will be lovely when finished

The bathroom renovations need finishing

The management was extremely accommodating we were in the area for a wedding and they insured we were comfortable and safe!

Other guests were having a parking lot in our parking spot and right outside of our room. We arrived late due to the wedding but they moved when we asked them to.

Very impressed! Friendly reception, spotless room. Parking right outside the door. Great location with a supermarket, a Timmies, a dollar store and family restaurant a very short walk.

Maybe the sink faucet could use a bit more water pressure, but that's really about it.

there was no breakfast, no hairdryer, although the brochure stated each one had one. Two entrances into the room which were'nt explained well.

Staff was so welcoming and friendly! Check in was so easy and they were accommodating to keep our rooms together. It’s in the middle of town so access to everything!

Not the property’s fault but there was a loud car revving in the middle of the night.

Location was great; middle of everything. Parking was great. walking distance to Tim’s (bonus). staff was efficient and polite; quick to respond to pillow/linen request. Clean, no complaints.

Louder due to being next to retail and down the street from the casino; nothing excessive but if you’re a light sleeper it may be an issue. Bed was a bit more firm then half our party preferred but definitely a personal preference.

Staff was excellent went out of his way to call us to see when we would be arriving. Location is excellent. Room was very clean and bed very comfortable.

the fact they are working hard on renovating and updating the property

the renovation was messy continuously tracking dirt into our room. parking off the property was inconvenient. felt we should have been notified of the construction being done ahead of our stay.
