The property was decent. When we arrived, the young lady attending us at checkin was amazing. She was very helpful about everything we asked. She was very accommodating. The room was decent, but we did notice a big stain on the mattress of the pullout couch, so we immediately covered it with sheets and blankets. The next morning we went downstairs for breakfast but the hot food kept running out and it was frustrating because there wasn’t even alot of people there, but the old man putting the food could not keep up with the guests. I eventually just gave up in trying to eat there, so I waited to go eat somewhere else. The next day, we didn’t t even attempt to eat breakfast in the hotel.

Location of room to breakfast and handicap parking. Did not trust the parking lot at the back of building due to security to our car. Suggest having security cameras. We did not see any outside of building.

Had room no. 106. Ice machine was out of order for three of our six day stay. We are handicapped. Had to go to the third floor and wwaaayyyy to the end of the end of building to get to the closest one. Also had trouble with the tv guide due to spectrum servi

We traveled in for the Fort Worth Stock Show. The location was great! Joe did a great job with breakfast! I was there over a week, and he took good care of me. During my stay we lost a cell phone and the staff helped us look for it. We did find it.

The only problems we had were a drawer in the chest of our room would not stay closed, and a light in the parking lot strobbed all night.

The prices were very reasonable compared to to others. The room was surprisingly very big. I love the free breakfast. I would stay here again. Thank u.

I didn't like the fact that I was deceived by the distance in correlation from the airport. (that was my bad). I didn't know DFW wasn't in FW (about 30 miles) I love the breakfast, however I like fruit and whip cream with my waffles, it would have been nice to have that, maybe next time. This parts not about the hotel but Texas freeways suck, all the GPS are designed to take u through the pay lanes, didn't appreciate that at all. I did love how smooth the roads are.

The location was close to the highway so it made it easy to travel. There is a Wendy's, IHOP & Academy sports store within walking distance.

Unfortunately this location is close to a naval Air Base and you can constantly hear planes taking off and landing. Could also hear other guests having conversations late, doors close solidly to the point that you know when a guest is traveling. Elevator is also audible.

The location was close to Dickies stadium which is why we went. There was also plenty of fast food nearby. The breakfast was good and well stocked. Would recommend just for an included meal if you can wake up early. Overall a good value for the price.

Upon walking in our room. It smelled of smoke a bit like the last residents had smoked cigarettes. Not sure how if theres a fire alarm but maybe they got away with it. The cleaning staff probably could not clean the smell but it wasn’t pleasant to walk into the room.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, seeing them with smiles all the time. Joe, the Chef, always welcomed us with delicious food in the morning. My husband and I stayed there for 14 days, and we were happy with everything during this time. The room was very clean, and it was cleaned regularly. Thank you the Comfort Inn & suites, front desk, cleaning staff, and the Chef for the great moments that you made for us.

The rooms were nice...plenty of towels and the hot water worked great. Comfortable beds.

There's a Hispanic man who works behind the counter in the mornings, he is rude and does not like answering questions when I asked him why I had to pay a deposit twice. He got kind of upset because I didn't understand what was going on. He's the only reason I won't be going back.

Everything was perfect 🥰 The person who makes breakfast for all the guests is super friendly and he was always in a very good mood, he does his job very well. He even remembered the names of the guests, especially my husband Santiago.

I transferred to this hotel after a terrible experience at the Super 8 around the corner. The room was so much bigger than I expected for the cost. The staff was wonderful and the hotel was clean and quiet with a nice breakfast spread. Staying here next time.
