We stayed here on our wedding night and were very impressed! We actually came in the day before to find out about how check in would work on the wedding day and the local woman at the desk was so incredibly friendly and made us feel like nothing was too much hassle. The night porter when we arrived on our wedding night was also lovely, and he helped us with anything we needed. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with a real classic charm. The room was spacious and clean but still cosy, and the staff even left us a little gift to congratulate us on our wedding! The bed was large and comfortable. High quality toiletries really added to the experience as well as comfy robes and slippers. At breakfast, allergies were paid attention to and alternatives offered. Very nice!

The room description said there was a bath (we'd actually deliberately chosen the room for this option amongst a couple of other things), but there wasn't one in the room we were given. In saying this though, we were so tired when we arrived that we didn't mention it to the staff - so can't really complain. Plus the shower was nice anyway, with good water pressure. Overall though the place really impressed us and we had a great stay! Would certainly recommend.

Great location and although no parking with hotel got parked in street nearby. Staff very pleasant and room although at back with poor view did have a separate seating area with second TV. Enjoyed a few late night drinks in lounge from very well stocked bar. Breakfast excellent and dinner on second night excellent. Lots of good restaurants close by. Very enjoyable stay.

Not a lot. The jacuzzi was fine but the sauna and steam room weren't working.

Went to a great Clash/Jam tribute event recently and had a really good evening. The staff were exceptional, and the venue has been brilliantly refurbished. Also like the idea of it being non-profit with proceeds going back to the community.

The only problem (for me as a driver) was the total lack of a zero alcohol lager. I was offered some sort of IPA in a flowery tin but not my tipple unfortunately. I ended up with a Moretti shandy which wasn't exactly lovely, but at least that made it last a long time! A case or two of Stella or Peroni (they're the best by far-and I've tried em all!) would be a great addition to the otherwise excellent bar

Breakfast excellent only thing table for 2 was small food was good and service excellent.

Size of table for 2 no room I was okay as I ate alone but saw couple struggling to put things.

Spotlessly clean. Lovely cleaning staff and customer facing staff. Food is exceptional, spa facilities are great and a superb way to relax.

Room TV is really outdated. Decor is starting to become tired. Although the food is amazing, I was sat beside a wall which seemed to have a damp issue. Please provide the staff with a uniform, all black looks as though they are all in mourning. Spa changing facilities very poor especially for males, the entrance door from the main hall and the exit into the spa leave you fully visible to any onlookers looking a peep while you are changing if the door happens to be open at the wrong time. My wife was in the spa pool, I went to get something from my locker, opened the door and she seen a fully naked man - not great!

The hotel had a lovely welcoming atmosphere. My husband had to work, and so I was by myself the first night. I was able to relax in the lounge, have dinner, and chill out in the bar, without feeling out of place. The room was very spacious and immaculately clean. l will definitely be back. All the staff were friendly and went above and beyond.

The only minor detail would be no walk-in shower. The rest was amazing.

The hotel is located right in the centre of town, close to all the amenities and public transport stops. The room was comfortable but unexceptional. The breakfast was cooked to order and was very good.

We were very satisfied with our stay but we did find the hotel slightly overpriced compared to other accommodation that we stayed in. Then again, this might reflect the sparsity of accommodation in Portrush.

we were lucky to have a sea view which was lovely, however, our room was at the top of the hotel and had low beams and sloped ceiling. This was fine for me and my sister and we found it quite quirky but my husband who is 6’ would have struggled and would probably have been banging his head! The location is so central and meant everywhere was within walking distance. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a little bit dated in terms of decor but it was clean and comfortable. Our room had a bath with a shower overhead, there was no slip mat which and it was a bit risky. Small things like having a mirror on the dressing table and a shelf over the sink would make getting ready easier.

I have stayed here many times and is always my first choice as the location is great ,the room is a good size with every thing you need ,the breakfast is very good, the staff are always pleasant and welcoming

The only negative is the parking the hotel does not have its own parking so you might have to park in one of the nearby car parks, if there was one suggestion I would make would be is to have a better bar area.

From start to finish we loved every minute. The large comfortable room was lovely. The staff were so friendly and welcoming not just on arrival but every time we entered or left the hotel. The breakfast was great every morning with the option to build you own to suit you own tastes and amounts. Fresh fruit every morning which is always a big plus for me :) We also used the spa facilities twice during our staff which was an added bonus in the autumn
