The resort sits back off of Rt89a so you don't get the noise of the busy traffic. That makes it a bit tougher to find the resort but GPS will get you there. Check in went OK but be prepared that they do try to promote you to attend a sales pitch to buy a timeshare. You have to use your strongest "No Thank You" to resist the tour discounts they offer to attend a promotional session. Next, what I liked about the accommodation is they are small manufactured units with a nice outside deck, convenient kitchen and decent living room. The bedroom and bath are also a nice size. No connecting walls for other guests to disturb you. We were 2 adults and had plenty of room to move around. The kitchen and bath show obvious signs of wear however housekeeping does a good job of keeping it clean. I saw a maintenance crew out and about so I suspect some units need repairing. Ours was all in working condition. One thing though... BE Aware, the pool is NOT as advertised in the photos. It's a completely different pool with no umbrellas, limited chairs/tables and mostly in the sun. There are 2 pergolas however they get taken pretty quickly in the morning and folks camp out there all day. The on-site restaurant was upscale (in price & decor) and the Italian food was very good. Service was also very good and our waiter was super friendly and helpful. There is a full bar and happy hour/fixed price menu for certain hours. There are also activities to keep busy like putt golf, classes/talks in rec center and a fitness center but Sedona offers SO much to do, we left early morning and returned late evening.
The pool area could have been more inviting with umbrellas, tables/chairs and more shade to get out of the sun. It is just an ordinary pool in the hot sun. We didn't try the hot tub/spa next to it. In the units, the kitchen sink/faucet and the bath tub/faucet and shower was old and worn out but they worked. The units could use a little updating but if you can look past that, ours was clean and functional.

This was a fabulous property! We got our own little cozy house with full kitchen, living room, dining area and bathroom with a big bathtub which made our stay in Sedona very comfortable and complete. Everything was spotless clean, the kitchen was fully stocked and the property had lovely amenities like a hot tub and mini golf course. It’s a short and beautiful 10 minute drive outside of Sedona so you avoid staying in town where it’s busier. The full kitchen was great as we went shopping and were able to prepare delicious breakfast and lunches and then went out to eat for dinners in Sedona’s many restaurants. And the value for what we got was amazing! I really liked this one and hope to go back.
The wifi could use some improvement especially for those considering long term stays or working remotely. It’s in the mountains so I understand their wifi challenges but one to look into since the option of travelling and working remotely is high on many peoples lists these days.

Great, quiet resort west of Sedona and just 1 mile from lower red rock loop road for an easy sunset drive. Spacious one bedroom tiny cabins with lots of windows and cathedral ceilings with a parking spot right in front. Kitchen has everything you need to feast including an outside deck, table and chairs to enjoy the views. Hassle free and short drive towards Sedona for those wanting to hike the Dry Creek/Boynton Canyon road areas. For the lucky ones, you may get a fountain or waterfall near your cabin. They do book tours on site for most activities in the greater Sedona area.

Everything! Upon check-in, the employees were very friendly and helpful. Our cottage was in a great location. It was clean, and we loved the layout. The kitchen was fully furnished with just about every small appliance, dishes, and utensils you could need during a stay. We loved being able to save money by cooking our own meals. The pool and the multiple spas were clean and well maintained. We wish we'd have found it earlier in our trip and been able to stay longer than 3 days. We loved being in a quiet, peaceful place. However, if you're someone who wants to be in the middle of town and walk everything, it is a short drive to get into downtown Sedona.
It wasn't a huge deal, but we rented a couple of movies from the front desk to watch in the evenings. The DVDs were really scratched up. They didn't play without freezing and were unwatchable. We were able to go sit outside in the evenings instead and could still enjoy ourselves.

My husband, daughter and I spent 6 nights in at this resort and it was perfect for us! My daughter slept in the pull out couch bed and she slept so well! The staff was very friendly and answered any question I had. The mini golf was a hit for us! The 16 holes was a great way to end the day after swimming! The activities room had a calendar of events and our favorite was craft time and my daughter had a great time being creative. The location was perfect if you plan on hiking the local spots and a 30 minute drive to slide rock. It was very easy to get into town as well.

Comfortable for a couple, wouldn’t recommend for more than 3 in the 1 bedroom unit. Has a hide-a-bed bed but it takes up the entire living room if open. Firm king bed. TV and dvd in the living and bedrooms. Comfy sofa and nice breakfast nook. Tight kitchen, like a camper but most necessities are provided. Huge shower and good bathroom storage. Fantastic facilities, mini golf, activity center with guest speakers. Has several outdoor hot tub/spa areas. Fountains everywhere. Pool was closed for maintenance. Nice playground area and a gym I didn’t use. Units have a small deck with table a 2 chairs. Guest laundry was huge, clean and has nice machines. The location is minutes by car away from downtown congestion. Sedona city is crazy busy. Restaurant on site was lovely for an Italian dinner.
King bed was a bit firm for us. Tight 2 foot access to walk around foot of bed and get into closet drawers but there is a small sitting bench in the room. Overhead storage had a step stool for assess. Could use some paper plates/bowls or you’ll do a lot of dishes with only a set of 4 plates/bowls provided. Does provide several glasses and utensils.

Nice location, good facilities, we liked the set up of our place with a bedroom across the porch. Plenty of kitchen cooking items. We liked the little fountains and the outdoor space. The bed was comfortable.
It's a bit dated so otherwise would have given a higher rating. Wish the pool was open but we knew it wasn't going to be available. However we were not aware they would be using jack hammers to get the tile out for 3 plus days including the weekend. We weren't able to stay outside as it was too loud.

The property is well kept, the staff is very professional and friendly. There is a variety of amenities, including a large pool (clean towels provided), several jacuzzis (one just for adults that is open until midnight :-), mini-golf and laundry services (at no extra charge). The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook yourself (with a dishwasher); we did not try the restaurant. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion are included in the bathroom, and cleaning supplies in the kitchen (tabs for the dishwasher, and liquid detergent for the dishes, as well as a sponge). Basically, they thought of everything! We would be happy to stay here again.
I have nothing negative to report.

Nice location off the main road which made things really quiet and peaceful, the grounds are mature and very well maintained, the villa’s are spaced for privacy and with your own deck for sitting out at night was perfect. The units have everything you need for any length of stay, the pool is huge and well maintained, temperature was nice, you can just walk in without freezing.
You would have to be a lot pickier than we are to find much wrong, employees were friendly and cordial, easy check in and check out, this is a timeshare resort which normally pushy and annoying, absolutely nobody bothers you at all.

We loved everything about the resort! Our place was adorable, comfortable, cozy, and very clean. We enjoyed playing miniature golf almost every day! We will definitely return to your resort one day. We've already told several people about your hidden gem!
The woman that my husband and I had to sit with after the resort presentation. The presentation itself was awesome, the presenter was amazing and fun and our sales guy was very nice. Because we could not purchase at the time of our visit, our sales person brought over his boss to try and close us, which was no surprise, and we were happy to hear what she had to say. She worked a great deal for us, and we wanted nothing more than to be in a position to say yes. However, when I stated my reason(s) for not being able to move forward with the financial commitment, she became aggressive and pushy, not to mention totally dismissive.
