The hotel’s breakfast is very good and offers a wide variety. Overall, the location is quite convenient — you can get to Pythagorio quickly by taxi for about €10. The hotel’s beach is also lovely; depending on the wind, the sea can be either a bit wavy or incredibly calm and crystal clear. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and during our stay, they gave us plenty of gifts, which was such a nice touch

The restaurant options are a bit limited — there’s essentially one seafood restaurant and one by the pool. The menus are not very extensive, so we ended up going to the town center every night. It’s an easy taxi ride, but you just need to be prepared for the round trip each time

NOT ENOUGH SHADE. There were too many beach or pool bed with zero shade. This is not healthy! I'm not willing to play the early morning towel game. There is a rule for removing belongis after 90min but it's not enforced which is a shame since half the places in the shade were abandoned for hours. So we were forced into an uncovered beach bed and of course i got a sunburn on day one. This cound be fixed without too much costs for the Hotel and it's a pitty to have red itchy stains on an otherwise splendid experience. (Samos fortunately has tons of amazing beaches so we just focused on those).

Quality of stay in the resort in every little detail For example : a daily gift left in the room Professional staff very friendly and efficient Location of the hotel facing a wonderful sea panorama. Quiet guests mainly adults from anywhere in Europe (many from scandinavia) except France. This is common in dodecanese islands. No kids running everywhere or screaming at the pool, therefore a peaceful resort. Excellent place to forget a year of work and to « charge your battery »

The private beach is too small considering the number of guests

Awesome tranquil place just 10 minutes taxi ride from the airport! Everything is made with attention to details, beautiful rooms and public spaces. Charming private beach with crystal clear waters. Friendly and very kind hotel staff who is genuinely care of all guests. We received lots of small compliments which made our stay special and exceeding our expectations. Full relaxation: it is the place we want to come back!

- Water is essential however guests receive free just two small bottles per day. I wish there is a small grocery shop to buy water and snacks for a reasonable price since the hotel is quite away from the closest town/supermarket. Restaurant prices are above-average! - Massage treatments are very expensive, it was unpleasant surprise for us!

The position of the resort with magnificent sea views. The responsiveness of the staff.

The steepness of the property. The walk to the Panorama from our suite involved many stairs or a walk up a steep road. Even younger adults struggled! However, if you contacted reception, they would drive you up in a golf cart. This may not have been as possible in the high season. Also it seemed that they were running short in a range of areas. Menus were limited, items unavailable eg no desserts at Simplicity restaurant. Advertised musical entertainment cancelled or replaced.

Everything! The staff here were the best. Professional but went above and beyond our expectations. All staff from our first greetings to the morning breakfasts to our wonderful housekeeping staff. The place is beautiful. Overall experience was EXCELLENT!

Everything was perfect. The beach was beautiful, with free beds and a crystal blue sea. The service was exceptional, and the staff were super kind and helpful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The room was comfortable and spacious. It was just a 5-minute taxi ride to the beautiful town of Pythagorio.

12+ kids was excellent...i.e. there were no kids around.. Management of the resort is excellent, especailly at the reception they really were there to male your holiday an excellent one.. Congratulations to the Reception... Big hug to them.. Regards, .

There was a minor mosquito issue,... At night when you don't wish to use the A/C and open the windows there they came .. This was an unexpected handicap, which did not stop enjoying our Holiday

Rooms are very clean, staff are so friendly. Room has amazing view. Hotel’s location is very good, so close to the center of Phytogorion. Facilities are very good (pool, beach, restaurant..). Our room has private pool and wonderfull sea view from the balcony. Thank you for upgrading and little gift.

We have traveled all over the world and this place created a sense of belonging and warmth in a five star environment. This is not easy to achieve in the new world post Covid. The facilities were world class but from the General Manager down there was a genuine care and desire for you to experience Samos as it’s best. We have stopped at Conrad Hotel in Faro and this hotel has taken 5 star holidays to the next level in the way they approach guest experience. My wife is a coeliac and every member of the staff knew this fact. I mean every single staff member interaction knew of her allergy. World class is the only description for this amazing place in the sun.
