They staff were amazing! They were very kind and upgraded our room for free, and all the staff throughout our trip were amazing, lovely, and very helpful. The ocean view from the room was amazing, and the balcony was well sheltered from any wind. The all inclusive package was great - the buffet was varied and pretty tasty (huge selection, not sure what some other reviews have been complaining about) , and the unlimited drinks included beer, wine and cocktails - it was great not having to worry about anything!

It's definitely an older hotel/resort, but to be fair the room we stayed in had been renovated pretty decently.

Wide offer of food in the restaurant. Food available during 24 hours a day. there were also some shops in the hotel, a very good fitness room. Everyday nice show, disco, live music, dance lessons. A huge thank you to the animation team (Yasma and others) for the amazing entertainment, for making our days more enjoyable, and for the cheerful program. It was a joy to spend time with you, and you made everything so much more fun!

Excursions provided by agency in the hotel are conducted only in Russian, which may not be suitable for every guest. We understood, our kids not. Despite this the trip was very good with a lot of information from the tourist guide.

Great for the sun. All inclusive part is superb. Huge choice of food. Local beer and wine are good and a good range of cocktails and coffees. Nice room, sea view, nice pools, nightly entertainment.

It's location great for the airport but secluded otherwise. I think we were the only English although that really didn't matter. Seems to be for Korean, Russian and Kazak who were all very pleasant.

Everything about this place was such a pleasant surprise. The property is absolutely stunningly beautiful. The staff are incredibly well professionally trained kind and courteous. The buffet was like on top of any five star resort that you will find in town. That activities for everybody from Young to old. I cannot recommend this place anymore. If you are in town you must go!

Most of the entertain was in Korean or Russian. Would of been nice if performers could translate in English as well.

A truly wonderful stay at this hotel is guaranteed. It is the ultimate relaxing spot to chill out between adventures in Vietnam. First class food and a beautiful beach.

If you want to simply relax and enjoy the facilities this is a great spot.

Great pools and activities, wide selection of food in the buffet area

The glasses were not cleaned in the dining area. Not just once but a few encounters.

Very friendly and efficient staff all across the hotel. Always able to get something to eat from a good selection of food, however there was a problem with the temperature of the food.

The hot food was primarily cold with the exception of the grilled food, which we tended to eat. The sea was full of awful looking brown sludge one day, which left us wondering. Needless to say we avoided the sea at all times The hotel was dated, and the room size didn't look as advertised.
