We booked only one night one evening due to our travel plans, the availability was confirmed on the same evening, which was very appreciated. Reception was friendly and available until late that night. The hotel is in the old town, old building, and parking is tricky, but knowing parking situation in Marbella, this is to be expected. The hotel and the room offered absolutely everything we needed, being nutritions oriented, as we are, the breakfast was basic and covered all we like, but freshly cut fruits like water melons or pineapple was missing,, which is very welcome in the hot and humid summer.
Perhaps loud key door locking, the loud locks could be changed. Also apparently no choice of TV channels, but we stayed only one night, so nothing major.

The view of the Moorish Castle from my room was spectacular. The hotel is situated beautifully. You can walk straight into Old Town and have restaurants on every street corner. I also enjoyed the beautiful plants on the street side and the orange trees that were blooming, orange blossom (neroli) perfumed the air. This is an older hotel but well maintained. The bathroom is modern with a great shower. Nice breakfast with very good coffee and the staff was very friendly.
The guests in the room above me were very loud, shuffling furniture across the floor until late and up again early. As this is an older building with ceramic tiled floors the noise was horrendous.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely little hotel. The hotel is very near to everything. In the old city next to the palast. The beach is not more than 10 minutes walking. We enjoyed the days riding the bikes at the beach visiting nice spots. We rented the bikes at bikes 2 rent. The hotel staff was so nice to allow our bikes to keep in safe in the hotel. We enjoyed drinks and dinner in the old city and abends had drinks in the bars at the yacht port by the beach. Everything walking distance from the hotel. Our room was perfect with a beautiful view to the castle. The breakfast was excellent, fruit, bread, juice, salami, cheese, coffee. I would reccommend this hotel to everyone and we would want to choose this hotel again.

The hotel was exactly what we needed for one night whilst visiting friends. We travelled with our baby and had a very comfortable stay. Lovely clean bright room with a comfy large bed and view of the castle. There was a travel cot for the baby which was great. Friendly staff and great location. Really was a great deal and I would 100% stay again.
The only negative which really is very minimal is that there wasn’t a high chair for babies at breakfast but to be honest that doesn’t seem to be uncommon in Spain and really wasn’t too much of an issue as we used the pram instead.

I loved the personal friendly service, the old style family hotel with windows i could open and i loved the breakfast room and great coffee. I will definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to experience local hospitality in a great location.
It didn't have tea and coffee making facilities in the room but actually that's not a big deal. They did provide bottled water which was more important

We've stayed here just for 1 night, so it was good. The place is situated in the city center, so it's close to the seesights you want reach to. Not far from the beach. Breakfast was good ( coffee/cappuccino, cheese, some types of ham, pastry, yogurt etc.) Very friendly staff! We didn't have tea maker or little fridge in our room (but we had a little room, not sure how are the others). The thing we would change is the pillow ( one long for both people, wasn't so comfortable). All in all was good, nothing to complain about.

We have been to this hotel 4 times now. It is a lovely charming hotel. Situated in the old town the views and location are excellent. It is old fashioned which is part of its charm. Spotlessly clean. The staff are really friendly. The breakfast is continental lovely and included in the price. Coffee excellent. It is meters from bars and excellent restaurants.
Nothing all good.
