The apartment was clean and tidy. The pool was good and there is free ample parking available. The location is good and away from city hustle bustle. One bedroom apartment size is decent for a family of 3 ppl.

The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. The mattress was not good and it was hurting the back. It could have been more thicker and better. There were no tea cups provided in appt. We had to ask for it. The dishwasher was not that great. It worked initially but later it was not good to clean utensils.

The friendly and helpful staffs. Adjacent rooms for us. Good swimming pool. Quiet location with local supermarket around.

Dated bathroom but it serves the purpose so I am ok with it. Will be good to have wash basin in the toilet. Wrong address on the confirmation email which led my friend to a wrong place. I was not told to check in to the hotel reception so I went to the apartment straight away and there's no sign to guide me, I had to ask around how I could check in.

Very nice stay again. Close to the main roads to the nature

Nice Good sized room, comfortable huge bed, Quito neighborhood, closed parking with a lot of places.

More storage space, shelves or a cupboard would be better.

It was clean and well equipped. The pool was good.

I thought there would be a sofa or an easy chair in the room.

We have relatives that live close by….. everything was excellent, we have stayed here many times, and we will continue to book to stay here.

Booked VERY last minute and it was very convenient for us. The small kitchen area was very well stocked and useful to have as an addition to the room Staff were friendly and it was useful being able to access the hotels facilities too. Area was quiet and not too far from the centre of Nice, the airport or Carros (the little town at the top of the hill.

For the price it was as expected

The parking and accessibility were amazing, exactly what we needed as our base to explore the area. The rooms were large and had all the equipment you'd need for a comfortable stay. Spacious balconies to enjoy that morning coffee and breakfast.

The apparthotel of Lou Castelet is the dated, non-renovated piece of the property. The bathrooms were in dire need of renovation, there was mold on the corners of the shower cabin and the drainage clogged twice (kudos to maintenance who came to fix it quickly). The cleanliness also left something to be desired, the carpet in the bedroom was super dusty and although we had our towels changed daily for some reason the room wasn't vacuumed. Although our stay was okay, I'd probably book something else when I come back to Nice.
