Loved my stay here. The facility is located on a residential side street and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The main road where the bus stops are is within walking distance, although I recommend renting a car if staying here as it makes sightseeing much easier and enjoyable. There is free private parking on site subject to availability, there were always plenty of spots during my stay. Donki and other shops are located close by on the main road. A bit further down the main road, there are plenty of supermarkets and other stores. The apartment was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including laundry detergent. Everything was working properly, including the wifi. Additional amenties can be found on th ground floor such as bath robes, rubbish bags, shower caps, etc. This place has everything you need for your stay. I felt truly at home and enjoyed my time in Ishigaki.

There is no staff onsite. To enter the facility, you will receive instructions and access codes. I had no issues, but not tech savvy guests may face difficulties. Not a complaint but couple of luggage racks would be appreciated.

I enjoyed the East facing balcony and view of the ocean. I liked how light the room was and how quiet it was. I could leave the window open at night and enjoy the fresh air. The close proximity of a bus stop and grocery store made this ideal for a car free, maisonette property. There was no odor or musty smell. If you are coming from the airport on the #4 Azuma bus the bus stop you want is #11 (Okinawa Prefecture Yaeyama Branch Office).

It would be nice to have a chair on the balcony.

It’s a perfect place to stay with all you need. There is a beach nearby and supermarket. I have stayed here a couple of times and always love it. The staff is very friendly and professional.

I wish it was closer to the port and night life but otherwise it wouldn’t be that great and affordable I guess.

A really nice, well equipped hotel room with a sea view. Check in was exceedingly easy with the digital key codes sent before by email. More like a self contained apartment that a hotel room, with a kitchen, washing machine and dryer. The location was excellent, close the centre of town, supermarkets and nice places to eat. It would maybe a little far to walk but had a car rental. There was a large carpark / parking lot. The room was very clean and tidy and accessories and toiletries were provided and there was help your self extras down stairs. The balcony was really nice, it would have been nice to sit outside (maybe plastic patio chairs in the summer)?

The 2 big chairs in the room were very nice, but the guest upstairs kept dragging them across the hard floor creating quite a lot of noise. Maybe the small addition of some rubber feet on the chairs, to reduce noise and stop damage to your nice floors?

Everything was great! Everything is clean and nice. The room was quiet. Free laundry detergent and you can refill a lot of things at the entrance.

Usually nobody was at the reception, but we didn't really need it. The building is not the prettiest, but who cares.

Close to the diving shop - Nova dive, 3 km away. Many restaurants and kombini around the area. Cozy and free parking lot. There’s a washing machine & dryer so I can wash my clothes after the dive. no need key. less worries about missing the key and so on.

We cannot smoke in the balcony. It’s getting windy and cold after the first night. If it’s allowed. It’s going to be a perfect stay. I missed my flight but I don’t know how to cancel for one night through this app.

Everything was very easy - no keys (so no check-in needed), time arrangement for cleaning the room a couple of days in, washer and dryer usage in room with detergent available. The cost for 5 nights was very affordable and it was a short drive into the downtown area.

The main negative was that the air-conditioner did not smell good but if you didn't leave it on, you'd be uncomfortable. I had to take the filters out and wash them as well as spray the internal filter which helped a little but it would be ideal for these to be professionally cleaned every 6 months to a year of so. No closet space was a minor issue.

You get so much for your money! A full kitchen, washer and dryer, a bath and a balcony! It felt like a home of my own and is very close to the airport bus stop, connecting it to the port one way and the airport the other way. There's also a dominos opposite. It has its own parking area too and is self check-in. The door can even be opened remotely through your phone. I can't recommend this place enough!

- not centrally located, if you drive a car it’s perfect otherwise by bus a little bit inconvenient but I‘m ok with it

Great location, halfway between the airport and the center - both within 15-20 minutes by bus. There is a nice beach and restaurants in the area. Having a dryer and a washing machine in the room made a great difference for us.

Nothing much, we enjoyed our stay a lot! Great value for money. Just 2 recommendations: Would have been nice to have some pamphlets about the island to give ideas for places to visit and activities. Also having a toilet brush would be nice as well.
