The location was ideal: 6 minutes walk from the Olympic Sports Park and 12-14 minutes slow walk from the town centre. The place was spotless clean and the staff was super polite, caring and welcoming. The breakfast was really good value for money. We had an absolutely amazing stay here- I would strongly recommended it. For a three star facility this is the absolute best you can get!

It was a little cold when we arrived and it took some time for the room( which was fairly large, family deluxe) to warm up( for the heat to kick in. But once it kicked in, the room was nice and warm. There was AC in the room, which was also very useful as it started warming the room/ washroom quickly.

Hotel is small, very cozy and clean, nice x-mas decorations. Walking distance from city center. Breakfast ok Receptionist was very kind, always asking if we need something. You can completely darken the windows. We were looking for only one night stay for 3 adults and 3 kids close to city center, so we were happy we found this one for good price

The breakfast here is very healthy and delicious, and the dining environment is also very good. What makes me more satisfied is the attitude of the service staff. Although there is a language barrier, they try their best to carefully answer all my questions. It is a very satisfactory living experience.

Good location, easy to find. Hotel's staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also OK. Parking space is secure and wide enough for several cars.

Our room in 2nd floor did not have wi-fi signal at all (weak signal or no signal at all). It was not so big problem as we arrived late and left early but, for some longer stay, for sure, I do complain for it.

Was an unexpected bonus to have a fridge. The room was large and beds very comfortable

Advertised that reception open till 12 but on our arrival at 11 it was closed and had to ring to get access to the hotel

Everything, only observation it was closed so you need to call a number to get instructions how to get inside so if you dont speak English it will be a problem

Situated in a quiet zone and to an optimal distance to the Thermal Strand and city center. Breakfast was okay, but honestly did not reach the quality of a four star hotel. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Not a big thing, but there was noone at the reception, though we haven't arrived outside of the established program. However, what bothers is that, if you happen to pay with a card on Euro, beware that they will charge you extra, as they use a completely different exchange rate than ECB, which adds you few extra euros to your expense. When I mentioned this, they ensured me that they use the same exchange rate as everyone else, and that is not true. I ended up paying 5% more than I booked at Booking.com. And this was not an extra fee or whatever.

Nice staff, really clean. Great for an overnight stay while traveling.

Paper thin walls in the upstairs rooms. If your neighbours are talking in normal voice, you will hear everything. Not great.
