The staff at this hotel (I mean all of them) are exceptional, they went above and beyond to help and make sure we felt welcome and taken care of. I'd like to thank the reception staff particularly for their support. The rooms are clean and spacious, beds are comfortable. I have no hesitation in returning to this hotel when I'm back in Kigali.

Wi-Fi was a little sketchy at times and I would ask that a wider selection of vegetarian food be made available at breakfast. These were small things, but would have made my stay even more special.

The hotel was beautiful - views from the restaurant were out of this world! The staff were so friendly and accommodating always addressed me by name when i arrived in the hotel which was such a lovely personal touch! Location was excellent and really easy to get around. Room was clean and i have no complaints! Security on the door so always felt safe and the pool was small but lovely and clean - had it all to ourselves which was great! :)

The road outside is a bit bumpy and a steep hill - nothing major but something to be aware of! Another thing to be aware of is there is a school right outside (my balcony looked into the school playground) so this should be considered if you are looking for somewhere away from the noise of children (didn't bother me though & the kids were always waving up at me!)

The hotel is clean and comfortable. It also has a rooftop restaurant with a lovely view, an extensive menu and flavourful food! The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Kigali Convention Centre, which makes it the perfect choice when attending an event at that venue.

Nothing more than great experience. Those staff most importantly the receptionist and the kitchen staff treated us well.

Some rooms wifi signal strengh need to be improved on

Not a detailed English breakfast. Could improve on that and serve it earlier around 6:00a.m.I had to miss two breakfasts because of early engagements.

Being charged for reporting early.

The staff were absolutely helpful and friendly. The location was ideal for me as I was at a conference at the KCC. The food was great - although we could have done with a few more breakfast options. Otherwise, all good. Additional touch is the free massage. :-)

I didn't like ugali because it's preparation was different comparing to how I prepare my self at my home!

The staff was very kind, and the food of the restaurant absolutely great. I didn't quite have time to explore the pool.

The location is perfect for the Convention centre. Walking distance. Hotel looks new. Rooms are very spacious and very clean. It has the plus of a good restaurant with incredible view. Staff was very professional and helpful.

The hotel is compact , comfortable and homely . The MD was equally available to ensure guest satisfaction
