Breakfast was simple (hard boiled eggs, hot beverages, bagels, pastries) but was nice to be included. Liked that it was away from the busyness of main strip in town. Peaceful, clean, comfortable, nice staff.

Nightlights in bedroom and bathroom would be convenient, a microwave would have been nice as there is a refrigerator in room and restaurants are hard to get a seat, did get some take away. Water pressure from rain shower low, hard to rinse hair out.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. After staying at another 2 star hotel, I was apprehensive to stay at this one. But I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the service and facilities. They served a nice breakfast, the room was clean and comfortable and they made good use of the outdoor space. The location is fabulous also.

Location was just outside of beautiful Kenebunkport but 1.5miles from downtown and all the tourists. Room was clean and ample for my wife and I. Staff was friendly at check-in and even gave us some history of the area as well as suggestions on sites to visit, things to eat, activities to try etc.

Sophie the manager was charming, very helpful with food and site recommendations. The room was large, very clean and comfortable. The location was very quiet and easy to find with lawn chairs outside. Nice complimentary breakfast served outside.

Bathrooms were dated, could use safety bars around shower but had everything we needed.

Affordable, quiet, nice room. T.V. had lots of channels.

No coffee pots in the room. Had to go down to the office to get a cup of coffee. The toilets are so short, it felt like I was giving birth onto the ground……and I’m 5’10”. If you’re tall, say 6’2” or 6’3”……have fun.

I dont know where to start...Sophie (who I had the most interaction with) was so incredibly kind and helped me navigate around Kennebunkport to all the hidden gems. Breakfast was prepared every morning and Robert was very nice as well. I loved every second of my stay and would 100% return.

No elevator for heavy luggage but the office staff offered to carry it up. Its my fault for always overpacking so nobody should have to lug that weight up the steps other then me lol.

It was clean and fun. The pool was great, I liked that it was more for adults as it is 4 feet and 7 feet. The rooms were nice. Sophie was wonderful and welcoming, plus showing us everything on map.

The location for us was perfect as short drive to free public car park in North Road then few minutes walk to Kennebunkport centre. Breakfast was limited but pleasant and especially as I didn't expect any breakfast.

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and clean, pool was also clean and relaxing. Grounds were well kept, location was close to downtown but far away enough that it was quiet.

No complaints.

Wonderful location close to the town of Kennebunk. Very pretty environment with all rooms very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Beautiful outdoor heated swimming pool. Fantastic warm welcome from Sophia. I would highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.
