When we arrived to our room, it was obviously not ready as the beds were unmade, used towels in bathroom and trash in the trashcans. I was immediately upset because we had just had a bad experience with another hotel and I thought we were in for it again. The front desk apologized profusely and within 5 minutes moved us to another room that was an upgrade. Breakfast was good and the staff there very pleasant and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Angela at the front desk was professional and helpful. All the persons at the front desk actually but I interacted with Angela more than the others. I liked the pool area which was clean and well appointed with clean towels. The wifi was excellent and very consistent and my family had a number of devices connected. The breakfast was good and the attendants were efficient and pleasant. Overall it was a very good experience and I would recommend the property.

I thought the carpets in the hallway on the 5th floor were a bit soiled and the elevator needs to have a smoother ride

Excellent room, pool, and main lobby.

It took housekeeping 30 minutes to bring me a towel and washcloth. I called, texted, and I had to go down to the lobby and ask the receptionist for one. I even saw someone mopping the floor in the hallway and asked for a towel, but she answered a call on her cell phone and didn’t do it instead. Otherwise, my stay was lovely!

I loved the customer service I received Over the phone and as I entered the hotel…. Daniel (think that was his name ) at the front desk was very helpful and showed such care while assisting me …he left a lasting impression on me in that short time I was staying with you and I will definitely stay again if I could receive that type of care he gave on my arrival….

My experience with the shuttle driver was bad . I came in on a late flight with a baby and the driver had me waiting for over forty minutes while he picked up someone who was not even staying at the hotel ….then on the drive there he was complaining to the passenger about the company not caring about their drivers … this behavior was very disturbing and paints a bad picture of the company on a whole .

No hot water on the 5th floor. This is a Booking.com complaint: I tried to book a 2-bedroom room and ended up with a 1-bedroom handicap room for 4 adults. NOT what I needed. The descriptions are misleading when trying to find the 2-bedroom rooms vs the listings having 2 beds. I’ve stayed here a couple of times and never had a problem finding the correct room.

The property is really close to the Tri-city train from Miami airport. We were able to walk to the hotel. Their system was down because of the worldwide outage so they had to go open our room with their key. Other than that it was a great stay. We used the airport shuttle at five in the morning, but they only had room for two people so we had to wait another 30 minutes for them to come back and pick us up.

Everything about the hotel was great, staff was very helpful and kind , I will definitely stay here again with my husband next time, I felt at home.

The room and while entering the suit and seeing my name welcome on the television, I feel appreciated and welcome; the lovely suite is so me.

Breakfast: Oats, omlette, fruits, was fresh, tea options had good varieties. Rooms were clean, quite, good room service. Good location and close to airport.

Breakfast needs improvement as there were foods that are repeated daily with no variety. Bread/bagel was dry, no cereal options available, coffee wasn't that great. Rooms were standard and the kitchen were too tight in space. Walk way carpet were too soiled. Elevator smells nicotine most of the times.

We had a quick overnight stay here just as a place to sleep before leaving on a cruise. Everyone was friendly, rooms were big and clean, and the breakfast was great! They offer airport transportation for free and transportation to the port at an added cost.

It did seem slightly outdated but did the job for us. We did take advantage of the free transportation from the airport to the hotel- luckily it was a close drive because the driving was slightly terrifying.
