The location was perfect, the pool and grounds are gorgeous, and the pool bar/snack bar went above and beyond to meet our family’s needs everyday!

My only complaint is the buffet for breakfast and dinner! For 40 euro dinner a person, the buffet had very few options, especially when you can walk 100 feet in any direction outside the hotel and enjoy really good food for much less. Breakfast buffet was great, but the organization needs to change. All of the main hot food (eggs, bacon, pancakes, porridge etc) is in the same section as the cook to order eggs area, and it made it really hard to access and felt really chaotic! This whole area could benefit from better organization! But honestly I can’t complain because the other restaurants there are great and there are so many choices within walking distance

Communication with the hotel prior to arrival was quick and they answered all questions. The sea is fantastic, the hotel is clean, the rooms are big, we had a great view - just like in the pictures. The staff is friendly and responsive. It is convenient that there is parking - yes 18 euros per day, but it is there and it is close. The breakfast is delicious. There is a great bar across the street and a very stocked shop. The bus stop is 3 minutes away.

To the price announced in the booking, there are additional fees and tax, which depends on the category of the hotel. It's not a big amount, but it's not correct when you see it in your bill at checkout. There was an oriental evening organized, for which for 2 adults and 2 children we paid 200 euros with the promise of dancing and a free bottle of wine - not so, don't be fooled. We liked everything else, thanks to Maya for the smile with which she greeted us at breakfast.

The breakfast was outstanding and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance for dinner. I also liked that there were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas by the beach so there wasn't a big competition in the morning to rush out and 'claim' them like you see at other resorts. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

A medium-sized beer at the bar was 8 Euros and dinners were something like 35-40 Euros which I thought was a bit of a gouge.

Lovely hotel, location great not too busy but plenty of nice small restaurants nearby. Staff are lovely and helpful. Beach is private and well maintained and restaurants and facilities exceptional

Rooms are really clean, tended every day but the rooms are a bit outdated and the bathrooms really need some attention. Grout mouldy, shower heads do not work or turn and look old and a lot of lime scale and shower screen leaked on seal. Also shower was in bath not walk in. Saying this we would definitely stay again

it’s proximity to the sea .

basically in Giardini Naxos there’s nothing to do except eat and swim, so if you want to go somewhere like Taormina it costs you €30/35 taxi fare . Otherwise you could queue in 37c heat for long with tens of others for a bus. the hotel would benefit from a shuttle service. Next thing I didn’t like was lots of children touching food with their hand at breakfast and then not taking it.

Everything was great. The hotel is perfect. Top-quality buffet-style breakfast. A variety of Sicilian dishes and delicacies. The rooms are very nice. The pool is excellent and the connection between the hotel and the beach is perfect. The staff is very friendly. Special thanks to Valentina, who drew the children's faces.

The side where our room was a bit noisy. The kitchen of another hotel is next to it, so it was probably a better position of the room to look towards the sea.

The location is excellent for trips to Taormina, Mount Etna and Alcantara Gorge. Lots of lovely local restaurants within walking distance. The beach and pool are superb and kept really clean. The staff were really helpful and made us feel very welcome.

Only negative was the price of drinks in the hotel.

Macro location - great (near Isola Bella) Micro location - great (1st line to the beach) Facilities - great (huge modern lobby, huge dinning area in front of the sea, great pool, gym, private beach) Breakfest - very divesified Kind and personal service - especially Gianluca as well as Francesco, Valentina, Daniele, William and Joe Parking and restaurants nearby

aged rooms - need urgent refurbishment

We liked the large albeit old fashioned rooms. Staff were good. Location was ok but we could walk to main Giardini Naxos strip in 10 minutes. Pebbly beaches but the water was amazing.

I found the breakfast very average. We had stayed 2 nights in a Catania hotel before we arrived and their breakfast was so much better. We had room service one night as well and that wasn’t up to much. Lunch near pool bar was ok. The pool vultures putting their towels on the sun loungers first thing in the morning and then going off to do other things was very tiring. Needless to say we didn’t get a chance to try the pool. Thankfully the swim in the sea was much better.

The position of the hotel is unique with private beach and a super swimming pool. The public area is very attractive and offers a great variety of food and drinks. The breakfast was amazing from local typical food to continenral and cooked. The waitress keep the tables clean for the next guests. The guests are from many different nationality making very interesting. I wish we stayed longer
