Quiet room, good amenities like fridge, microwave, lots of towels, comfortable bed, desk and chair- close to Tim Horton's, taxi the hotel called for us to go to the airport, internet worked well, good breakfast selection and service

A bigger closet for hanging clothes, more space for luggage, light in the entry, luggage cart awkward to use with self closing doors and poorly operating wheels, easier to operate heating source, a restaurant or shopping nearby other than the inadequate Chinese buffet or gas station convenience store

There was a breakfast room and a very decent buffet so that we could have a healthy and hearty breakfast. The room was a bit small (for the price) but it was clean and very quiet. Staff was very helpful and friendly to two very tired travellers when we checked in.

The location of this hotel was not very pleasant, somewhat a business area (without even sidewalks at some parts), and, beside a Tim Horton's doughnut shop right across the very busy road, there were no restaurants, ATM machines and other shops nearby. Taxis from the airport to the hotel are very expensive in Mississauga.

Breakfast good enough to get going for the day. Quality of breakfast items is also good. Staff is courteous and accommodating. Overall good value for money with excellent location for travelling in GTA.

Internet issues. Repeated login required. Rooms can be cleaned and serviced better with a little increase in cost and effort. The washroom exhaust fan of room 502 was very noisy and needs replacement or repair.

The room was spacious and had a microwave and mini bar. This was great as we were Traveling with young child. Hotel is about 17-20min drive to the Pearson airport so you need to leave enough time if going in traffic hours

I loved the service and friendliness of all the staff at the hotel, especially Parneel, who when I needed to order something at a restaurant, was quick to help me even though it wasn't her obligation. I would like to thank everyone at the hotel and keep up the good work. God bless you.

Breakfast was good. Facilities are good. Pool is closed.

Would have liked to visit the pool. It's next to a trucking station, but the grounds are very well kept. I like that convenience store is in walking distance through. All good.

Well located with free breakfast with lots of variety. Close to 401 and airport. Clean, comfortable, decent price.

My bed had a weird mattress with a lump. Could have used other bed, and should have. My wife's side of the mattress was fine! This is located at a truck stop, but it was still quiet.

The room was clean, comfortable and the bedding was perfect! No heavy duvet, simply layers of good quality blankets and sheets. After 2 long flights and feeling exhausted, I loved opening the door to soft lights and the AC set on cool.

Just fantastic value. Big clean rooms. Free parking. Great staff. Wonderful cooked/continental breakfast included!!! They do need signage from the main road though. Took us two try’s to find the entrance.

Very basic hotel with simply furnished rooms. But extra clean with friendly staff. Breakfast provided, but very basic. An excellent budget hotel and I would stay here again.
