It was very clean the staff was kind and helpful. Location is very convenient many restaurants and stores near by.

The shower pressure was weak and bath tub was a little grimy not the worst but worth mentioning because of the high price point

Great location! Everything was in walking distance within a mile or so radius. Staff were friendly and helpful when I needed anything. Good soundproof doors between the balcony/room (handy as I was facing the current construction sites). I only used the pool once, but it's a good facility to have, wish I'd had time to use it more, and the view from the outside terrace of the CN Tower was fab.

There were tea making facilities, but only disposable cups provided.... I did ask if I could take cups and glasses to the room and was allowed with no issues, it just seemed a little odd to not provide them as standard.

The location of the hotel is great, very central to pretty much everything. The balcony is an added bonus. The room was clean and well stocked. We did not use the pools, but they have two separate pools, one for families with kids and another one for adults only. Staff friendly and helpful.

There was construction nearby and a lot of noise coming from it. The windows are on the older side and not soundproof at all, so be prepared to hear some noise. We were also hearing people next door (good that they were respectful and not noisy).

The location is absolutely fantastic! Being in Downtown Toronto, it is close to government offices, banks, and major tourist attractions. Halal food options and grocery stores were easily accessible within walking distance, which was very convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The room’s heating and air conditioning system worked perfectly, providing a comfortable atmosphere throughout the stay. They have a dedicated Kids’ Play Area on the second floor, which made a huge difference for my family as I was traveling with kids. This thoughtful addition added great value to our stay.

Unfortunately, the hotel does not offer Halal food on-site, which was a bit inconvenient. A bidet in the bathroom would have been a great addition for added comfort.

Bed was very comfortable! The balcony was nice to get fresh air from the room. The location was a very convenient central location for sightseeing around Toronto.

Because the hotel is so large and groups stay in the hotel (and arrive at the same time), there was some times with a long wait for elevator to get to my floor. But the hotel has the floors split up into different elevator banks which helps. For dog owners, there can be some noise in the hallway from other guests opening and closing doors (and talking in the hallways) so if your dog is bothered by noises like that, it isn't soundproof to hallway noise.

The convenience of being right downtown, the hotel is probably the biggest if not the biggest in Toronto. Has everything you need, a store to buy snacks or anything you may have forgotten to bring, a food court area and a nice restaurant.

We were on the 24th floor, there was a constant banging sound, the rooms are not sound proof so you hear everything going on around you. One side had a sick women coughing all night long, on the other side sounded like a party with music playing, loud talking, and the door constantly opening and closing. Needless to say we didn't get much sleep due to these factors

Whenever I’m in Toronto, I either stay at the Chelsea Hotel or the Fairmont Royal York – and this recent stay at the Chelsea reminded me exactly why. I booked an Executive Queen Room (2673), and it was everything I needed and more. High up with stunning views, the room came with a fridge, Nespresso machine, and kettle – all the comforts of home, but with a luxurious touch. The bed was heavenly – soft, supportive, and gave me one of the best night’s sleep I’ve had in ages. The option of a balcony truly made the experience even better. There’s a clever net filter to stop any flying insects, and I actually slept with the balcony door open – waking up to fresh air and a clear mind. It was such a peaceful, refreshing way to start the day. Breakfast was another highlight. There’s a generous variety of hot staples and continental options – definitely worth it for the sheer amount of choice. There’s even an omelette station and a coffee area offering dark and medium roasts. The only downside? The toaster is unbelievably slow – my food went cold waiting for my toast. But honestly, that’s a small issue in an otherwise flawless experience. What really impressed me was the customer service. I was helped by a lovely Black lady with plaits (I didn’t catch her name) who signed me up for the Brilliant by LANGHAM rewards programme and explained how it works. I was even able to save money at the hotel restaurant just by showing my membership QR code – brilliant! As someone who’s very introverted, I appreciated the staff’s approach – they’re friendly but not overbearing. Some hotels try too hard with constant small talk, which can be draining. Here, they give you space while still being incredibly professional and kind. Don’t miss the gym on the 27th floor, either – it’s fantastic. It features quality equipment, a pool, and a sauna area in the changing rooms – a great way to unwind while enjoying spectacular views.

Every member of staff i interacted with was pleasant and helpful. The room was large, with a full sized sofa, chair and coffee table and ample room to walk around. Lovely adults-only pool, fitness facility and deck on the 27th floor. Really convenient to All tourist sites and transit in downtown Toronto. Just a block or so from Yonge and Dundas, Toronto Metropolitan University and the Eaton Centre. Lots of food choices nearby. Love the courtyard/patio at the Yonge and Gerrard entrance.

Basic, self-serve coffee in the restaurant was over $5. Room was a little pricier than i would've liked, but all hotel prices in Toronto seem high right now.

The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable (I stayed in standard room). The staff were so nice! The breakfast was included in my stay which was a great bonus: you could choose from a buffet which included lots of options and had a cozy area to sit at (there is a patio too but it was closed as it was raining, on a sunny day it would be very nice) or have a breakfast at a restaurant in the lobby, the buffet was great. My package also included $35 credit for dinner at their restaurant and it was actually really good. The location is right downtown but the room was nice and quiet. Overall would definitely stay again!

The room was very clean, however, there was a weird smell there, not too overwhelming but noticable (I know they are doing renovations in the lobby so could be connected to that). I wish there were robes since there is a pool upstairs as well could be nice for it.

This hotel is in a great location, lots of food and stores nearby, very clean, wonderful facilities, very professional and accommodating. The overall experience was very pleasant, and I would recommend this hotel.

The only downside would be the Wi-Fi. It was absolutely horrible in my room. I was on the 25th floor corner room and Netflix wouldn't load; messages were delayed, and calls were dropping. I had to go to the ground floor for better connection. Please ensure each room has solid connection. It was a big roadblock.
