The hotel is new and well equipped. The personnel very kind and enthusiastic. I was granted a free room upgrade to the corner panoramic double room offering an amazing view on the Labuan Bajo port, especially at sunset. High level of cleanliness. The roof restaurant is a very pleasant place where to sit for a simple meal.

The breakfast is a bit poor and the waitresses not at best for efficiency. A general problem of the surroundings is the waste management. The city has serious problems of littering and rubbish is present all over the place. Sewage water is often running at the border of the streets, sometimes making walking difficult. The sea in front of the city is evidently polluted and sewage waters are directly flowing in the bay diffusing a bad smell all around. The hotel, in conjunction with other tourist structures and authorities should promote campaigns to improve environmental conditions of the city and surroundings.

Great pool with swim-up bar, excellent roof-top restaurant with sweeping views over the ocean. Good sized rooms with nice balconies. Walkable to town. Lovely staff.

More hooks to hang wet items (swimsuits and towels from the pool, bath towels, hand towel, etc) would be very helpful. And my kiddos would appreciate if the pool opened before 10am.

We were upgraded to the 8th floor penthouse suite, which was very large. We appreciated the extra space and great views, All the staff were excellent. Having an airport transfer at not much more than a taxi made the arrival very straight forward. The hotel is new and is in a mall. Great air conditioning which is nice after a day in the national park. A nice restaurant for the evening meals, although the meals might come at different times, We decided not to walk to the port to save time and taxi was only 5,000 IDR

The personnel made our stay beyond expectations. The whole staff is very attentive. From housekeeping and restaurant staff to front office and the drivers. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Trips around Labuan Bajo can be booked via the hotel drivers as well. Rooms are being cleaned twice a day. There is large supermarket downstairs which is part of the hotel which is very convenient and the road with all the restaurants and bars is just around the corner within a few minutes walking distance. There is a pool with a bar, some tables and chairs and some beanbags. The view from the restaurant is breathtaking.

The breakfast is a bit basic and could be improved with fruit etc. from the supermarket downstairs. Late check out is not possible.

All of the staff were so friendly, especially Elsa and Amel on reception and our driver to the airport Achiel. The view from breakfast/ restaurant and the pool was great. There was even a supermarket under the hotel to stock up on supplies.

A few days before we arrived the hotel wanted us to go through some verification process, which we couldn't do as we were in Komodo national park (which was great) but with limited phone signal. This was just weird and should be stopped straight away. But once we arrived the hotel, and especially the staff, were great.

In a good location! Fairly close to the airport and staff were super friendly and helpful!

The open air restaurant has an awesome view over the harbor. The staff were extremely welcoming and greeted us at every opportunity and were keen to converse. The room was really clean. The pool was clean and had a relaxed atmosphere. The market downstairs is convenient and well stocked. The room we stayed had no external walls so we couldn't hear a thing from outside. We could barely hear the call to prayer. The Aircon worked amazingly well and the room had a smart tv to connect to Netflix, etc.

The room was much smaller than I thought it would be. There was no room to spread out. The meals in the restaurant weren't as higher quality as I was expecting and the portions could be small but they were still good. The meals came at different times, I had finished eating by the time my partners food came both nights.

The thing that really sells this place is the view. Seaview rooms have a view of the bay and the beautiful sunset. I booked two rooms, and was upgraded for one of the rooms to a bigger room with a living room and an amazing view. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We booked a city tour through the hotel and had a wonderful driver cum tour guide. We did not have enough time for one of the places, and they replaced it with transport to the seafood market for dinner. Beds were comfortable enough, rooms were clean. There was not much variety for breakfast, but I guess it was acceptable. The hotel is located within a small mall, not much options, but there is a supermarket in the basement which makes it convenient to buy staples if needed. This hotel would be a nice place to stay on the main island while resting from the activities of the day.

It's a little bit difficult to get to and from the hotel by yourself. While the location is excellent for the view, in terms of getting food, it is a bit isolated. The lack of public transport and e-hailing options make movement a bit difficult unless you book transport through the hotel (or walk for a bit of a distance). The television for one of the rooms was a bit oddly placed, but it didn't matter much as we did not spend much time in the room anyway. Water pressure was a problem in both rooms making showering a bit of a nuisance.

New and clean ! Always choose a room with windows 🙂 Staff was nice, a lot of trainees though. Breakfast was good with a great view on the roof top restaurant. Pool was clean. Great stay to bridge the days to go to Komodo island / tour I think Labuan Bajo is the next up coming place for tourists. They invest in good and clean walking streets, the harbor looks great and enormous welcoming 😀 Great fish restaurants!!

A lot of trainees though, everyone is smiling and trying to be helpful! The hotel business owner should also invest more in English lessons for their employees.

Infinity pool and bar overlooking the harbour was stunning at sunset. Hotel has a rooftop restaurant again with great views. Wide variety and good choice for breakfast. Helpful front desk staff. Basement supermarket sells wide range of food and beers. Short walk to find other restaurants and approx 15min walk to the harbour unless you jump on a grab bike which will get you there in 3 mins. We used the hotel taxi to transfer from the airport and to drop us to the boats which was useful and reasonably priced.

Nothing really, only a minor complaint about the bathroom window in one room letting in flying insects but this was dealt with promptly by maintenance and cleaning staff
