The location is a short 5min walk to Jujo station. The exit has a lift so it’s easy to drag your luggage from the train station. If you’re driving, there is a parking lot next to the hotel that costs ¥400 for overnight parking after 6pm. The bed is comfortable and clean! the toilet is also decent sized for Japan’s standards. The TV has chrome cast so you can watch Youtube/Netflix/Disney+ if you have an account. They provide amenities in the lobby so you cna pick up what you need before heading up your room. If you don’t need to clean your room, you can request for towels only. They also give water every 2 nights.

The room is a little small, we could open 2 big luggage’s but had to constantly step over them. The carpet also looked dirty, we could see stains on them.

Thank you Ms Matsui (help with house keeping issues) , Mr Murata (provide food location). Greatly appreciate the staff to make our stay a memorable one. Will be back with our family.

The tourist tax is not acceptable as we spend on hotel , air ticket and take our leave as these expenses already cost us. And we bring business to Japan. Why tax us for spending money in this country?

we liked the location and the laundry facility. the bathroom was quite small but functional. the beds were comfortable. the Ramen place across the road was fantastic

the floors could have been vacuumed better. the pillows were not comfortable.

Simple hotel for few nights. Laundry service and vending machines.

Location was far from Kyoto station and downtown, if you take into account that subways stops running after midnight.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was good. The price-value balance is good. No problems whatsoever. Except for the carpet.

Communication (in English) was a little difficult at the beginning. Staff could have been a bit more helpful when we arrived.

It looks like a brand new property. It is also located in a quieter part of Kyoto, only 2 stops away from main Kyoto station and about a 6-7min walk from the Jujo Station.

Nothing, all is good

Exceptionally friendly staff, good location for Fushimi Imari shrine. Clean and comfortable.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that they obviously do western breakfasts (you could see all the empty trays and cereal dispensers), but I guess due to the current entry restrictions, they only offered a Japanese breakfast. It looked delicious, and I know the hotel can’t control entry to the country, but it’s not something I can stomach at that time of the morning!

The carpet in the hall and room had a great lot of stains. Still, the staff was very nice and helpful, and I will definitely stay here again.

It was the cleanliness and the staff are friendly.

I suggest that the breakfast should not be repetitive. Try some other menus
