It was a nice large room, comfortable bed, quiet, lovely patio area. The breakfast was good. It was right by the sea, with minimarket and places for coffee and to eat close by. There was also good underground parking.

There was only a TV in the bedroom, not in the lounge area. The entrance to the hotel was from Shai Agnon Street (not Ben Gurion) which was a bit confusing when you first arrive. Also, the suites belong to the Spa on level 1 which is part of the Arena Hotel - not very clearly explained.

it’s a comfortable room.

the entrance to the hotel is very difficult to find (it is through the black exit from the store) reception very far from 5* stars. and was unusual questions about my visa, (they asked proves if I’m really tourist, Ukrainian passport it’s nothing for them) but all another’s is ok, was good personals there. good room. but some of furnitures they need to fix, for example sit in sauna was broken, the stairs on the balcony were also mutilated, food 50/50, need update menu

Free parking is available under the hotel. Sauna in the room.

The furniture in the room is very old. There is no TV in the living area. The bathtub on the balcony drains directly onto the floor of the balcony and it is not a Jacuzzi. If you take a bath on the balcony, everyone in the hotel upstairs and in the houses nearby is looking at you.

a great unit, close to the beach, surprisingly big you have a small living room area with a sauna in there. a stand for coffee/ tea. the bed was comfy I give them that though the blanket wasn’t it was a heavy weight blanket that needs an effort to adjust or move. the tv angle in the bedroom wasn’t the best, but we moved the bed a bit and it was fine. we had our own outside area that was huge with a swing / jacuzzi/ beach beds/ a comfy sofa, table with chairs and an outdoor tv! we also had a door from there to a shared outside balcony with a sea view. sounds great right but wait for it there’s always a trick. there is no privacy at all like everybody could actually see you. the thing is they have their own floor in a hotel building so the residents of the hotel in the floor on top of us could see everything also the neighbors from the buildings aside. so the outside are was so great but not usable in this condition.

we had to wait so long to get our unit we are talking about more than 40m ! they were still cleaning even though rooms are supposed to be ready at 15:00 ! they kept saying a few minutes more and so till it became a long wait. when we entered the room finally it was tidy and everything buuuut the towels were so dirty full of makeup and stains ! but luckily we had bath rubs and a few more clean ones in the living room area.

The nice sauna in the room and terrace made this place very unique. Also the proximity to the beach was a big plus.

Staff although very nice, unfortunately didn't speak much English. There is no room service available and our Netflix stopped working on the second day, which we weren't able to get fixed as there is noone on site in the evenings.

The outdoor space of each suite is very spacious wit sunbeds, chairs and a jaccuzzi. We loved it.

The kindness of the people who works there. Is a family business, also we loved the neighborhood , is amazing, is like living in the old city, also is close to restaurantes, market, stores, etc.

The only thing that I didn’t like wass the shower, because the water runs on the floor of the bath, that it is., eveything else was nice and lovely.

This is my third time in this place, the location is fantastic and the view is charming, the room is very spacious and good. But there was a lot of moisture in the wall and the sauna was not working in the room.

The suite size was great! The patio was huge!

The elevator was very slow to and from the parking garage.

Sauna in the room seemed to be useless considering the heat outside.
