Incredibly kind hotel staff Fun vibe Coffee all day Gym available

This hotel is just badly designed. It feels like it was drawn by drinking who never had to stay in it. This is the loudest hotel I've ever stayed in. There's no soundproofing in any of the walls, you can hear every single thing anyone is doing in the hotel. Whether it's someone talking in the room next to you, what they're watching grosser things or the maintenance staff doing their best to clean, which involves a lot of slamming that I can't really explain. EV charging from a broken outlet, where you have to park right out from, was pretty uncomfortable The room was only mostly clean I would happily look the other way if it was $100 for two nights. But for over $300 I expected a lot more.

Perfect location and walking distance to River Ranch. Large sitting area in the lobby which was perfect for after the baseball game for families and children to gather together. The breakfast was very nice from waffles to east to grab muffins when heading out of the door.

When I had to cancel my hotel reservation due to flight cancellation the hotels manager (Mr. Summer) was nothing but dismissive to me. I called, emailed and left several messages asking for a refund. I finally had to call Hilton directly to solve this. matter. I case is still in review. It's upsetting one person can ruin an experience for many.

At every turn, the staff was friendly and so accommodating! Even when we were exhausted at the end of a full day at Festival International, the receptionist asked if we'd ever stayed at a TRU before and I got anxious at her description of minimalist European models, but she elaborated and calmed my fears. We were delighted with the atmosphere of the lobby: cozy, private seating, a pool table and offered the BEST breakfast! PLUS we were thrilled with the high-quality soap products and dispensers, which replaced the individual sized plastic containers! Fabulous stay!!!!

Loved the gathering space in the lobby and breakfast options. Really enjoyed all of the amenities. Laundry room was a necessity for my stay!

My 2nd floor double bed room was a bit small/crowded loved the desk option but I felt that a lot was being crammed into the room for convenience but there wasn’t much space to move around. Maybe that room should only ever have a king bed to make it more spacious

Love the location

The shower was not up to our standards of being clean. When I called the front desk, they sent someone right away. Ashley came to talk to us and had someone clean it. She was very sweet and accommodating. If only everyone took as much pride in their job Ashley does. Tru, you have an excellent employee! We will be back.

The room was a great size. Easy access to the parking lot and pool. Breakfast was amazing each day. Also the staff went above and beyond to decorate our room prior to showing up for my daughters birthday.

The bed were a little small for us. The pool was not key access. And my child wasn't able to experience the game room because of her age. Also only one elevator was working so longer wait time to get on.

Good location and lots of space to walk my dog

I travel with my pet and was asked if she was a service dog. I said she was in training, I was working on it. I was told you don’t charge for service dogs so thought they wouldn’t charge me. They did 50.00

Loved the room set up, so clean and most comfortable bed I have found. So clean and no carpet in room, clear bedside table with phone charger. Plenty of towel sets in bathroom. Small fridge so handy for cold drinks and doggy bags and the microwave downstairs 24 hrs was so handy for popcorn and a movie. For families, there was a phone and tablet charger bar with comfy stools in the lobby, a pool table in the lobby for the kids, and ice machines in the lobby beside a nice gym. This kept all the noise downstairs. And listen to this, a 24 hour coffee bar in the lobby fully decked out with French coffee, hot chocolate, an assortment of lovely teas, and flavored liquid creamer. Can you imagine?? It was heaven!! I could just live there.

I wish I could remember the lady’s name at the front desk the night I checked in, because she was so amazing and kind. It was quiet and peaceful. Very clean. Breakfast was amazing and the lady over breakfast was also awesome! Tons of parking.

Just about everything, the staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was first class.

Only that Google maps took me to the wrong place, once I located the hotel I had no problems.
