The welcome message was heart-warming. Also, they helped me make sure I got my lost luggage (airline's fault). And finally, I was so embarrassed that I had a little accident during a breakfast and i stained one of the chairs. I told the front desk and they were kind enough to say not to worry about it. They were really helpful.

Nothing I can say much really. I was not able to use the facilities because we didn't stay there long enough. However, I took a peek and I think they were okay.

The customer service was amazing! I had a car wreck the first day I was there n had to extend my stay! They gave me a free night because of what I had gone through! These people are truly a blessing and the stay was incredible! I will definitely be back!

I loved everything about it!

Swapped to this place after our choice of rural cabins proved to be more rustic than we cared for. Property looks to have been updated recently. Friendly staff who greet you every time you enter the building. Good range of breakfast provisions. Laundry room. Comfortable bed. Just all the things you expect from a Hampton property delivered the way you expect them.

Nothing.

Everything about the hotel was more than just nice. The breakfast had a large selection of fruit, breads, cereals, and so much more to choose from. The rooms were large, our had a sleeper sofa and a large desk/table.

I guess there’s always room for improvement. Maybe weights in the fitness room.

The staff was excellent, front desk and breakfast. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable along with the pillows that weren’t too hard as a lot of hotels are. Thank you for a comfortable nights rest.

The price was good for a full weekend. The breakfast was awesome. It had a really big variety.

We did have to switch rooms because the air was out.

The front desk clerk was exceptional and super friendly. The room was clean and enough space for me and my family.

The cost of the room was a little on the high end.

Lighting in the room could have been better. Could not close the drapes at night to keep out outside lights. Could not fully close the drain in bathtub to take a bath.

Location, parking, in a very safe area.

You can tell the room wast Vaccuum in a few days had crumbs under the table, but other than that everything was good.

Waffle topping options was good especially for kids, they actually left full! Parking was decent, hotel location also decent. Checking in at night was fast and easy and staff was very friendly. Definitely would stay again and would also recommend.

More breakfast options would’ve been nice but overall still happy!
