The hotel was decorated so cute for Halloween and the outside area is just absolutely beautiful. You can sit and relax at tables or by a fireplace. Walking in the lobby was clean and organized and my kids said they felt at home and safe. Huge plus for me! Staff was absolutely wonderful! Excellent customer service.

There is nothing i didn't like. The tub stopped up a little when we showered but that is literally the only thing I could nit pick about.

The room was very spacey we had. Two queen beds and a couch. A lot of room for our child to play and color on the floor. Bigger than other hotel rooms we’ve seen. The bathroom was very nice and the water pressure was great as well at the water getting nice and hot. Beds were pretty comfy too.

When we first got to our room, we were unsure if they just rushed on cleaning, or if someone had literally just left our room. The door wasn’t closed all the way so we didn’t even have to use key card to get in, and there were pillows scattered all over the bed and the closet was wide open. It was a little sketchy. The pillows that were scattered also kind of smelled like dirty feet. It was just weird. The elevator was also down but that’s not a huge deal, doesn’t hurt to take the stairs. My parents also had a room there but they had no issues.

The outside patio was nice and perfect for grilling and relaxing in tranquil atmosphere of a lot of greenery

The indoor pool water was freezing cold and Not heated water at all. The bathroom floor in my room had dirt buildup in the very corners. A good detail scrubbing is needed probably in all rooms.

The hotel was very convenient to our volleyball tournament site and so I booked it! We were so pleased with the courtesy of the staff, the accommodations were excellent, breakfast was delicious and met all of the dietary requirements for all of us! Excellent stay!!

No suggestions for improvement!

The gas firepit outside was perfect for the cold weather, my little ones made some core memories collecting sticks to add to the fire.

The breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast - hot protein, oatmeal, variety of bread/yogurt options, etc.. The scrambled eggs were gross, but that's because I'm super picky and like fresh eggs :) It's not a five star restaurant, but it's definitely a good breakfast for a hotel.

Perfect location and easy to find! Very quiet but close to restaurants and shopping. The receptionists and support staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms (we had 3) were clean and spacious. There were fans in the bathrooms and plenty of pillows on the beds. The internet was easy to connect to and worked well. The breakfast had some fresh cooked items (eggs, sausage) and 2 waffle makers along with bagels and rolls.

There were only 2 luggage carts and both of them were difficult to maneuver. 1 had a flat tire and I am not sure why the other one was being so difficult. The parking is probably the biggest issue. There is only 1 handicap spot next to the hotel and the remaining close ones are for "Preferred card holders" . The rest of the spots were a distance from the entrance and the lighting is very poor over there.

The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The hotel is located in a quiet area surrounded by trees which made for a nice view from our window. We had an issue with our toilet and it was quickly fixed.

The room where the indoor pool was located was dimly lit and could use some brighter lights.

Michael was very super helpful. We came from Houston,TX and he made us feel right at home the moment we walked in he exceeded our expectations by going above and beyond for us we truly appreciate his hospitality! He is a fockstar!

We truly enjoyed everything about our stay! There is nothing that i would change at all.

The property was Clean, they were quick and nice. They have a great set up, and they have great breakfast options.

The only thing I would say the hair in shower. Other then that 0 Problems.
