Everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are squeaky clean. It has a very nice, warm atmosphere.

Like all US hotels, the breakfasts are mediocre, especially if one compares it with what you get in Holiday Inns in the rest of the world.

The beds were far firmer than ours at home. I awoke with terrible back pain each morning while my husband was up and down all night due to back issues. Also the beds should have come with a stool to get into bed. I had to put the chair next to the bed to help me get my legs up unto it.

Everything was perfect. Gentleman who checked us in was fabulous. We had a small problem using the safe and called for help. That person was also very helpful. Thank you so much.

Breakfast is the main reason we book with this hotel! Big family and it's so nice to not have to worry about the first meal of the day. Staff was friendly at all turns and we will definitely be staying again.

Rooms were clean and very spacious. Loved the layout, coat hooks, bench in room and roomy bathroom. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Continental breakfast had everything you needed. Would stay again

The breakfast worked perfect for our schedule and was kid friendly.

Booked 2 queen beds so our daughter could sleep in a bed. We were upgraded to a king suite which was fine, but she ended up having to sleep on a pull out and the sheets were full of crumbs and hair.

It is close to big box stores and restaurants. It was easy to find. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had to set the temperature up to 80 degrees to warm up the room.

It was passable but a lot less then we expect.

Selection was limited. They had oatmeal out that needed to be microwaved but we could not find a microwave to use. We are not fans of turkey sausage or bacon. The pastries selection was poor v
