I was very pleased with my overall experience. I would like to take the time to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the desk clerk, Ed. His professionalism, friendly demeanor, and dedication to his role were truly commendable. While I understand the constraints of a 24/7 operation, I genuinely wish he could be present at all times. This is not to diminish the efforts of the other clerks, but Ed's exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to different situations make him an invaluable asset to your organization. His enthusiasm and passion for his job are evident, and I believe these qualities are essential for success in the hospitality industry.

Desk staff was exceptional! She confirmed and held my room for very late arrival (11pm). I needed an urgent wake-up call for work at 4am-she not only set it, but tested it, and the room phone for whatever reason did not ring. She came to the 2nd floor to personally verify this, and promised that she would call my cell phone with the wakeup call. Like an atomic clock, she called exactly on time! The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and there was no noise. The property felt secure. The price was the best I could find in the area. Will definitely stay again when business requires an overnight.

Shower head could have had a stronger spray, but it was hot and adequate. Panicked a little when the phone didn't work, but the personalized service was even better.

Excellent value for money. It is silent. The staff is amazing. The breakfast is included and decent for the price. It’s a short drive from Mystic. It’s clean. Of course, it’s a bit old and the carpet have a few holes but the beds were super comfortable and it’s so cheap that you really don’t mind the carpet.

It was clean, nice and helpful staff, great price. Quiet room, comfortable bed, plenty of space in the room, good-sized, clear TV.

Nothing. One suggestion is to add eggs for breakfast. There were no protein options. Otherwise, I can’t think of anything to improve it.

I especially like the front desk staff. All that I've met so far have been really great! I like that it's clean and quiet. I also like the location considering where I have to go when I come there.

The guy working the front desk was very polite very friendly and helpful and explained all my questions even recommended some good places in the area to eat I stayed at a couple different hotels in the area in my recent travels and he was definitely by far the friendliest front desk attendant that I've met

I was a little upset when I booked the room online I booked the room with a refrigerator and microwave and it was no refrigerator or microwave in the room
