The handicap room was excellent ,beds were comfy and I like the lounge chair .The walk-in shower was the best .Breakfast was good ,on weekends I think they should extend the breakfast hours .

Parking spaces should be in front Not elite parking! Those spots should be for handcap parking.Also workers cars should not be in front blocking entrance to registration and loading/unloading area.

Location and breakfast were good. Unfortunately, we did not have an overnight check-in receptionist on duty on Friday night. Folks were arriving because they had reservations and there was nobody to help them. I would have been very upset, traveling alone, if that happened to me.

Everything else was good.

I like the fact the hotel was in a convenient location and easier to get around. There were no issues with the hotel and staff at all. I would come back here again in the future.

Breakfast was good; a lot of variety. Clean kitchen area. Staff members were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Check in was easy.

Bathroom tub was peeling. Shower head? Overall, it met my needs and it was clean.

The breakfast was wonderful! My kids loved everything you had to offer. The room was clean and we were at the end of the hall which I appreciated.

When I checked in, the front desk lady was a little short with me. I asked her if I had to drive around to access where our room was and she had an attitude like I should have known where I was going and why should I have asked that? I was a little taken back by that considering I had never been there before. She didn’t mention where to go or even what room number we were in. Just handed me the key with the WiFi info and room number listed. She also didn’t explain what I was signing when I got there regarding payment. Just told me where to sign and initial. I had to ask what I was signing and initialing and she then decided to tell me. :(

there was a very shortage on staff. only 2 house keepers available. so rooms were not cleaned and there was a long wait
