Initially I had a booking at another hotel but I didnt like the rooms and cleanliness. Then I visited almost 7 hotels for better rooms and finally I found best rooms here at City Garden. Thoigh receptionist asked more price than online, I booked online infront of him and he agreed to provide the room. 1. Staff was courteous and friendly. Helped and guided through room facilities, hot water availability, Cab services etc. 2. Hot water availability (We got morning and late night too. Receptionist informed it is 24×7) 3. Food menu availability for inroom dining till 11pm. Zomato , Swiggy also available . 4. Rooms are clean and hygiene is also well maintained. 5. Margao railway station is just 1km away. Arranged cab for us in the morning for station drop. Best hotel in budget if your priority is clean , hygiene and spacious room with welcoming staff.

Surroundings are not that great but believe me hotel is worth staying. Located close to market and with in close to bus stop and railway station.

No breakfast option. Room service offered but I prefer going out to closeby restaurant for breakfast. Location and Locality is subpar which is almost in the Market. Final Verdict: If you are looking for Good and clean rooms(I mean it) with all basic amemities and you are slightly compromise with exterior Look/location of the property then this property is bingo for both families and couples.

First of all, I am frequent visitor to madgaon on office trips. I stayed almost all hotels but I stayed at this property for the first time. Though location is not great like others but rooms and property cleanliness is next level. They got best rooms in and around madgaon compared to other hotels. My family loved staying at this place. In short, Good Hospitality and helpful Staff. Very well maintained clean and big rooms loved the calmness in the property worth the price. Recommended for all looking for clean and calm rooms

Given the very humble city and the basic building it is located in, the place was clean and comfortable, more than we expected. Whatever the reason you're staying in Margao (probably catching a train) this is a valid option.

the building and the overall setting was a bit grimy. Not a fault of the hotel, but still the location does not feel like a "nice" place for tourists.

Nothing much except the premises. Very good propertywith good rooms on 3rd floor with lift ruined by the outside premises.

Renovated rooms and furniture. This is my second visit and thrilled to see rooms renovated and furniture changed. Also room setup changed as well. Now room look super premium for standard price I paid. As usual wonderful staff and 5 star hospitality. Really like the rooms and free water. Upgrade to Ac rooms upon request for free. Thank you for the hospitality. 1 km from Margao railway juntion. Spicy family restaurant opposite to the hotel. In-room dining available with room service(Food delivery over phone).

Locations looks but grimy but clean well maintained hotel from inside.

Exceptional help and Guidance from Reception Arranged bike and cab whenever required Hot water all the time in the bath room(Rare to get in other hotels visited in Margao) Late night checkin allowed. Early check-in and late check-out also provided. Receptionist didn't charge full amount like other hotels. R.O. water available to public which is improved from my last visit. Also interior rennovated and rooms look much better now. In-room dining 1km from Madgaon railway station.

Location is not great. Close to Gandhi market. I would say it is a con but don't get fooled by location appearance. It is very good inside

Location and property exterior seems bit old but it is great from inside. Initially I was hesitant to enter property but thought of seeing rooms since I came to the hotel. My perception completely changed after seeing rooms and hotel reception.

Big spacious clean rooms. Though the surrounding are not that great, once you enter hotel it gives a good feeling. Got complimentary water bottle. Also they upgraded to Ac room though I booked non AC room. Friendly and helpful staff. Even they got up and provided me water at 2.30AM in the morning. Appeciation to the staff for their hardwork and patience Provided kettle and tea upon request. Good budget hotel for family and solos

Location is not that great but hotel is very good. I remember a saying when I got into hotel ' dlDont judge book by it's cover' and apt applicable to this hotel.
