The hotel was able to provide me a room at a better price due to the reservation not being in their system. The room was inviting and clean. Breakfast had a wide variety of items. Everything was hot.

Check-in was a big stress for me. The person could not find my reservation in the system. I showed my confirmation email. I was very stressed over the whole situation. New door locks were put on the room and it was very hard to get the door opened. I have to use my body to get it to open. The toilet was leaking on the floor. I reported the problems to the front desk.

staff wasn’t very helpful or informative. we booked and it said breakfast was included. we weren’t told breakfast hours or anything. when I went down for breakfast was told it was 15/person. when I showed them my booking they said this location doesn’t honor that only holiday inn express. I would have booked a different hotel if I knew it didn’t have free breakfast.

Well at first it was a problem with the pool being closed on our first day. And that was the reason I picked to stay at the Holiday Inn .I had booked with the Best Western at first and then I wanted to a indoor pool, So I cancelled from Best Western and I’m glad I did , the Holiday have excellent breakfast and the hotel is clean .Staff is very nice.

Our doors keycard reader stopped working. We told the front desk and they switched out key cards thinking the cards were faulty. They didn’t work either so the front desk had to come up and manually use a key to let us into the room. We still to go to dinner that night and were told that maintenance went to dinner and would be back soon. An hour and a half later we called the front desk who told us that maintenance was still not back and they we were to let them know when we came back and they would let us into our room.

Nice sized clean room. Breakfast was excellent and well stocked all three mornings that we were there. We were visiting the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. This hotel was in a great location for reaching both attractions in a timely fashion.

Wanted to book again for when we would be up that way again next year, but the price was almost double.

The gray haired woman who cleaned on 3rd floor was very nice. I was glad we were able to change rooms from 323 to 314. Room 323 has marks on the carpet which makes the room look unclean.

I was surprised at the hallway floors having stuff on them and not being clean. I'm sure it's hard to keep up with all the cleaning. But to me it gave the place a dirty feeling. The breakfast was alright but the same thing everyday. We stayed 4 nights.

I did not have breakfast, but not sure I would have if I wanted to because it was rather expensive.

Would have been nice to have curtains in the rooms, because although the blinds afforded privacy, sometimes the sun was too much & no way to tone it down.

Convenience in and out of the hotel

Did not like that there was not a continental breakfast and it cost $15 to eat breakfast.
