Very spacious room and bathroom. Very clean and all the basic facilities are available in the room. Very near metro station (about 150meters) and across the train station there is a mall/supermarket/eateries. Very convenient. Very peaceful housing environment. There is also a small convenience store nearby. We really enjoyed the stay in this hotel and it is definitely a recommended accommodation. Even though not in the city center but the metro is very near and easily can get into the city center anytime. The staff was very friendly, helpful and speak good English. Since we were leaving to Toledo early morning from Madrid, they even packed our breakfast for us. Breakfast was good. If ever I come back to Madrid again, I will definitely stay here.

Just a suggestion only, if complimentary water bottles given in the room and the breakfast menu is changed daily. Otherwise it was a perfect stay.

Before I start, I must mention David on reception. He was fantastic. Not only was he able to decipher my Spanish, but he went above and beyond with explaining all we needed to know - about the local area, Madrid centre, and public transport. He's friendly, professional, and very amiable. As for the hotel itself - our room was superb (except the lights by the bed need fixing). It was a large room, with a large, very comfortable bed. Location wise, the hotel is a 2 minute walk to the Alsacia metro, and the bus stop for the Estadio Metroplitano is just over the road. Extremely secure underground parking. We had a room on the 9th floor - the views over the city... wow! Tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

My wife would have liked a swimming pool! But seriously, there is nothing not to like about this hotel.

The tripple room albeit not very modern was good size, clean and bright. We had a small fridge and free bottles of water, kettle with coffee and biscuits. Beds were comfortable and bathroom equipped. Staff was lovely and allowed us to check in slightly earlier. Hotel is not in a very central location, however we had no problems with transport, with underground station very close and some bus stops, we have also used Uber most of the time. Overall we had a great stay.

The walls are perhaps too thin, obvious mostly at night, but that didn't bother us much as we didn't have loud people in rooms around us. nothing else to complain about

Everything clean and beautiful. We were at the last floor. Amazing view of the city. Room very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast very rich and delicious. The staff very friendly and helpful. Close to Alsacia metro station for line 2 which has links with others for the city centre. I strongly recommend.

Car park parking is not suitable for van or long cars.

Very good location in a quiet residential area close to a subway station, half an hour from the city center by metro. There's a shopping center nearby with diners and a supermarket. Efficient and friendly personnel. Breakfasts are nice, highly recommended. The rooms are tidy and comfortable, larger than expected: we booked a short-time stay as a family and a teenager had a "corner" all to himself. We were allowed to leave our luggage for a few hours after check-out.

Very close to the subway. Room was spacious and clean. We had bath in the bathroom, which we really appreciated. A lot of space for clothes, minibar and kettle with tea. Breakfast was good.

Our view was to the busy street and in the morning there was a lot of noise. But windows had front window blinds which helped to reduce it a bit.

Friendly staff, fast wi-fi, large room. Hotel is not in the city center, but it is near Metro Alsacia line 2 of Madrid Metro (300 meters), it is 10 stops from Alsacia directly to Sol, we needed just 15-20 minutes from our hotel to get to the city center. It is near the trade center Las Rosas, with shops and restaurants. I definitly recommend this hotel to everyone.

This hotel satisfied our expectations.

Spacious Room, Excellent Location 15 minutes from center and very close to the airport. Hotel service was very helpful and they even offered us the room earlier than the check-in since we arrived early from the airport and the room was available.

Breakfast needs improvement, An option for scrambled eggs would be a great addition to the buffet. Furthermore it would be nice if there was a breakfast menu apart from the buffet with more breakfast options.

Good hotel in a quiet neighborhood with a super friendly staff (the staff is exceptionally nice actually). The nearest metro station and a small shopping center (with a big supermarket inside though) are just across the road. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay here.

It is a basic hotel but exactly what you want for the price the rooms we spacious and always clean and the reception staff always very freindly and welcoming the hotel was a bit far from the centre but the transport links are very good and cheap but we chose this hotel because of the location close to the civitas metropolitan stadium because we we attending a concert I would definitely visit again
