1 ) Location with 4 private beaches with one great beach for kids with smaller waves, always being able to find a nice chair with shade and table service. Never had to worry about hiding belongings 2) sport courts - great tennis courts with professional class twice a day, volleyball, basketball and futbol 3) good food hours 4) themed dance shows that were different and energetic each night - we watched some shows twice and they were still great 6) huge compound was lush and well maintained 7) lots of stairs to climb 8) Kids club with friendly teachers 8) Pools never felt too full because they were so large and the beaches were nearby 9) more Mexican tourists than American/Canadian so had more Spanish immersion compared to Puerto Vallarta 10) Easy access to La Crucecita and tours- taxi drivers and tour guides waiting at all hours in lobby 11) easy 25 min ride to airport 12) Very thorough cleaning staff for daily service

Needs something for teens like a game room. Food was solid but not for foodies. Tennis racquets we borrowed from gym had broken frames and strings so couldn’t enjoy the great courts like we wanted. Hills and stairs not very convenient for people with poor mobility to climb stairs (although we liked the stairs) Off season for snorkeling during our July visit. Water had no visibility sadly and kayaks were not available most days because of choppy water

Clean and confortable rooms. The beach/bay was very calm, and because they have a coral reef, we got to see many different fish swimming around us! They have a great bar selection, and the hosts will bring you peanuts to snack on. They also have great food selections in the buffet. Their gym is amazing, they have everything and it's air conditionef.

There's no pool swim up bar. They don't have food options on the beach. It's not handicap friendly. Although they have carts to transport you and a few ramps, there are still many places only accessible by walking massive stairs. There was no beach volleyball or group games.

The grounds are over 24 acres. There are endless amounts of gardens, fauna, cactuses, reptiles, birds and coatis roaming around. Our room was beautiful and if you didn’t feel like walking down the stairs there were shuttles on demand. The food was amazing as well. High quality restaurants with 5 a la cart restaurants. Drinks were high quality as well (not watered down). Staff were friendly and gracious if there was a language barrier. Activities galore, full size gym with fantastic air conditioning, 6 or 8 full size tennis and pickle ball courts plus basketball, volleyball or just lying in one of the hammocks. Paradise.

The location is fantastic. There is a coral reef right off one of the swimming beaches. Great for snorkeling. The grounds were lush surprisingly, and abundant with birds and squirrels. There are a lot of stairs and hills which we enjoyed. The beaches were beautiful and there were lots of chairs spread out so it didn't feel crowded. Lots of palapas for shade. The vibe was very relaxing. There were pickleball courts which were fun.

The central building could use an overhaul. It had no character, including the main buffet and only evening bar. The shows were so-so.

The three secluded amazing beaches are the best, perfect for small children to swim and adults to relax in. The hotel's architecture is beautiful, but it needs a bit of TLC. The breakfast was delicious, but the rest of the food was just ok.

The hotel needs to have better rules about trash on the beach and sustainability practices. It is SO WASTEFUL! They use plastic bags for peanuts that they offer to every guest on the beach, so you can guess where all the plastic bags end.. swimming in the ocean amongst whatever is left of coral. The carts that take you around the hotel use diesel instead of being electric, like golf carts. The amount of food wasted is just appalling.. they need to do something to educate themselves AND the guest on being more sustainable. Their reservation system for dinner at the available restaurants is very flawed and you can never get a table through their booking system, but once you are in the restaurant the tables are empty...

We chose Las Brisas over other places with nicer rooms because of the access to swimmable beaches, and it delivered! Easy access to pretty (though small) beaches with bar service was the highlight of our stay, and the expansive grounds are well-maintained and peaceful. We had a junior suite room, and it was spacious with a big comfortable bed and beautiful sea views from the bedroom and the balcony. Service (concierge, transportation, dining/bars, housekeeping) is generally very good, with most staff speaking some English. Overall, a great experience and good value.

The room was very dated, as evidenced by old curtains, discolored grout and tiles, etc., and the floors could be cleaner. We didn’t mind too much because the views were spectacular and we just wore the provided slippers. I don’t recommend using their booking services for tours/activities- the markup was outrageous. You can book the same tours/activities online for way less. The food was horrible and desperately needs improvement. Mexicano and breakfast buffets were okay, but Kasbah and especially Solarium (the “steak house”) were just disgusting, with Solarium being barely edible, in my opinion! If you have a car, save yourself some money and eat elsewhere. Disgusting.

Best location on beach for all-inclusives in the Huatulco area. Beach very good for swimming and snorkeling Staff excellent and a lot of staff ! For what we paid , and upgrade $….we had ocean view not ocean front with balcony , so that was a bit of a disappointment. Be prepared to walk lots and lotsa stairs …which we like . But there is 24/7 shuttles to get you from lobby back to room, and very plentiful ! Our 2nd time at resort

The worst is having to get up 7am to ‘reserve’ lounge chair at beach !! Terrible …but a problem all over at resorts! How can this be prevented , no clue. Chairs fill up fast . Having to sign up for our dinners on day 1, wasn’t great ! And missed 2 days as already booked up . I would say overall food good . And liked buffet and variety . Best was breakfast !

From the secluded hotel beach to the large and comfortable room with a balcony offering a wonderful view over the bay plus a selection of restaurants be it buffet or set menu, I honestly liked everything there. Every staff member we came in contact with was so helpful and patient. I particularly remember Cynthya in the Bellavista Restaurant, and Ivan at Reception who were both outstanding by the service they provided, and the patience and attentiveness they displayed.

Honestly I cannot think of a single thing I did not like.

Very nice location and an interesting layout of the rooms within the resort. The resort is quite large and distances larger than in other places, however, there is always transport available to get to the beach or a restaurant or back to the room. We mostly walked to enjoy the views and gardens. The staff was very friendly and always attentive and helpful. The restaurants are nice and provide good food. Las Brisas is a place to relax a few days and don’t worry about anything. The 3 beaches suitable for swimming and snorkeling are nice with no waves. We always got a Palapa for shade.

We reserved a junior suite as I wanted to have the luxury of having a balcony where we could sit in the evening. Unfortunately it turned out to be a cost that we could have saved. The balcony didn’t have any view once sitting down as the bushes in front were too high, also there was no way to switch off the light which made it very unpleasant to spend time on the balcony.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed and more. Even though buggies were available, everything was easily accessible and we walked. We spent our time on the wonderful Mexicana beach and again was so clean and looked after, the staff were amazing and a special shout out to Firman the barman who was brilliant. In fact all of the staff made the holiday what it was, if you don't have good staff it can ruin everything - they were all amazing in whatever area they worked in. Buffet was so much better than we thought. Will def recommend and will def come back again.

The balcony could have been made a little more attractive, it was the only area that seemed a bit shabby. The specialized restaurants are a good idea but felt a little rushed between courses. The Eastern one was our least favorite, the food was not authentic at all but interior was lovely. We also ate in the Mexicana and Mediterranean which were both very nice.
