This is a great budget option for visiting Stockholm. Getting here from the airport was fairly easy (if taking public transport you will need to switch the train/bus once but it is not a lot of walking), and from the hotel to the city you are basically next to the metro station which takes you to the center. The room was ok, a bit dated but most importantly clean. The breakfast is your typical large-chain hotel experience (buffet). There are a lot of options but everything tastes a bit bland.

The bathrooms are kinda small, and the bed is not that comfortable (bouncy, spring type of bed). Also there can be a lot of people at the breakfast, and while there are enough of seating places it can get crowded and loud.

Friendly staff and good breakfast . After check-out, they also provided free luggage storage, which was very good. Good location, close to the subway station, and convenient to the city center, convenient for shopping and eating,because the hotel is in a shopping mall, there are many shops and restaurants

If you can add the word "hotel" on the doorplate, it may be easier for new guests to find it. The bed was too soft, and it felt like you were being wrapped up in the mattress. It was quite hot when we were there, and there was no air conditioning in the hotel, only a small fan, which was of limited help.

Great location with a big park nearby and 2 min from the metro station - 20 min to the old city, The hotel is located in a mall - instant access to some shops and restaurants, Great breakfast with lots of vegan options in addition to a variety of meat, fish, cheeses, eggs, pastries etc, Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel reception is located INSIDE the shopping center, which is not a problem by itslef, but, if you arrive late at night, you have to find the call button to the right of the main entrance in order to get to the hotel. The indication should be more evident.

The breakfast is absolutely fantastic with a good variety to choose from, very close to bus and train stations which makes it very easy and convenient to get around the city, even in the middle of winter! It is in a shopping centre so easy to pick up whatever you need before leaving the hotel for the day.

The hotel is situated in a shopping centre, we arrived after the centre closed for the day and spent the better part of an hour walking between the different entrances trying to access the hotel. This was inconvenient as I reached out to the hotel beforehand to ask which entrance to use when the centre is closed, they were friendly and provided information, however more detailed information would have been very useful. We had family living in the area and they also struggled to find the correct entrance. We called the hotel, they directed us and opened for us once we arrived at the right door, so all well at the end of the day and we enjoyed our stay! Would be nice to have a small fridge in the room for longer stays (we stayed there a week).

The room is spacious, and having a bathtub is a great feature since our child enjoys taking baths. Being located inside a mall makes shopping and dining very convenient. Transportation is also easily accessible.

However, I wanted to mention a couple of concerns. The room did not have air conditioning, but thankfully it wasn’t too hot during our visit. We were provided with an electric fan, which helped. Also, we noticed that a large paper bag we brought was taken, possibly by housekeeping who may have thought it was trash. While it might seem like just a bag, we were planning to reuse it. We hope that in the future, personal items won’t be removed unless it’s clear they’ve been left behind intentionally. Thank you, and we hope this helps improve the experience for future guests.

Nice personell, they greet you with smile and friendliness. Room is in good condition, with decent quality furniture, water boiler included as well. Great breakfast with wide variety of choices. The place where it served is big enough to accomodate many people, so that everyone can find a place even during rush hour. The hotel is integrated with the Solna Centre building/galleria and that is a great place for a relaxed shopping or just to chill during the day. There are a number of food-, clothes- shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as kid's room and public district library, which is enough to accomodate your daily needs. The location is conveninet as well, with tram-, buss- and T-line stop are just outside the entrance to the centre.

The metro station is outside the hotel, so it's very easy to get to the centre of Stockholm. It is clean, the beds are very comfortable, the breakfast is great. We were very happy with our decision to stay there.

It was quite challenging to find the hotel, as we didn't know it was located inside a mall and the google maps link on the hotel site led us behind the mall. We had to leave the car where it was and start a quest on foot. Nevertheless, the hotel employees at the reception were very helpful when we spoke over the phone and gave us great directions.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, and spoke excellent English. My room was on the 8th floor, and offered an excellent view over the surrounding area. It was well-equipped (fridge, ironing board, tea and coffee set, etc) and was overall very comfortable. The en-suite bathroom was spacious and clean, and even included a large bathtub. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of options and, during the summer, very long hours for those of us who like to sleep in. The hotel is in an excellent location, with both the Strawberry Arena, Hagaparken, and Karolinska hospital within walking distance. The nearby T-banan (metro) is just a few minutes away and takes you into Stockholm proper in just a short ride. The area has many shops and restaurants to enjoy.

Finding the hotel is somewhat challenging, as it is located inside a shopping mall, and can only be accessed on foot. There is a parking garage underneath the hotel, but one can only get to it after checking in and receiving an access card. When arriving by vehicle, I recommend to park at the Solna Centrum parking lot (which is free for two hours), check in, and only then drive down to the parking garage and collect your luggage.

Great for two nights stay. Not much room for luggage, so it would be hard to stay for longer periods of time, but for a short stay it is perfect. Metro that leads to the city centre is really near, and it takes less than 10 min to reach city centre. Breakfast was also great.

The hotel entrance is inside Solna centre, so when you come in the evening only one entrance for Solna centre works and you have to know where to ring the bell. So it should be more transparent for travellers to know how to even find the hotel. Maybe even some video showing how to find it. We have seen some reviews so we theoretically knew which entrance it was so we only spentg few minutes looking.

Location is the best for us. Having the mall just outside the hotel entrance was a plus. This is the 2nd year that we've stayed at your hotel. We love the quiet, the views from top floor, and the breakfast was very satisfying.

Our only suggestion is that management try using the toilet in the room and see for themselves how difficult it is to sit on it with the sink sticking so far out. And, getting back up is also difficult. Obviously, the sink is either too large for the tiny space, or the toilet is poorly placed. Go ahead and try it.
