Breakfast could have been better quality. Got the weird rubbery eggs, sausage was ok/salty Biscuits were dry burnt/crispy. Gravy was microwaved in a bowl. Waffles were only thing I'd eat,line to wait for them. Shower heads could use more water pressure Tight parking for large trucks

My husband & I were accompanying my son for a consultation & testing at Mayo Clinic. The location was excellent. They provided a free shuttle service as well. There were stores & restaurants within walking distance, including a movie theather. Breakfast was delicious & served in a large, clean area. The ammenities in our room were excellent. We enjoyed the pool & jacuzzi/hot tub. Great value for your money!

Staff were all very friendly. Especially the breakfast worker. Keep everything filled up and clean both mornings. Pool was a bit cold. The front desk may have adjusted the temperature. Personally only swam 1 time. Location is decent, there are a lot of shopping areas close.

The room could have been a bit cleaner. We found some left over garbage, but beds were fine. Could have used a few more chairs in the pool area.

The free shuttle service to Mayo Clinic, the courteous, friendly, accommodating staff, the pool & jacuzzi/hot tub, the ample bathroom, the ammenities, the breakfast offerings, the location, the nearby businesses & restaurants, the value for the price.

The curtains in the room didn't close well. They need to be readjusted.

Thier breakfast is not what it used to be. Kinda cold, same small selection. Years ago it would change and it was hot. The person taking care of the breakfast area was always doing a great job cleaning and making sure things were replenished

Pool choices were great Fitness room was clean and not smelly Breakfast was delicious Beds were very comfortable My family of 6 fit very comfortably in the room we had and having 2 tvs was great since 3 of us wanted to watch 1 thing and younger kids wanted to watch kid shows.

My kids were playing with toys on the floor and found a sock under one of the beds from a previous renter. Since we had enough people to use the hide-a-bed in the couch, we pulled it out and the mattress was badly stained from what looked like pee, and there was no sheet on the mattress. We did go down to the front desk to get a sheet.

This is the best hotel we have stayed in. Clean, large comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast with sausages and omelettes. Large pool with jacuzzi and slide for small children.

Not very nice men were at the reception and in the bathroom you need a mat because it is very slippery, me and the children almost fell.

I loved when we had a problem they fixed it right away. We were there during the week so we had the whole pool area to ourselves and our kids loved it.

The hot tub was barely warmer than the pool so if that is your favorite thing like it is mine you will be disappointed. Not sure if it was a policy but we had to get our own extra towels and take out our own garbage.

We liked the comfortable beds and friendly staff at the kitchen and lobby.

The towels looked too old and I found some black hair on two of them. Also, the soap bars were already opened. I don’t know if someone used them before or that is something the cleaning lady practices at this hotel. There was no hair dryer in the room.

The location is perfect and easy to get to restaurants and downtown Rochester. Also, there are restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The staff is friendly. The bed was comfortable.

An extra end table at bed side would be nice. And there is no closet in the room.
