The staff treats you like a friend, not just a guest. The manager, Paul, and his wife are caring and sweet people. Candy, one of the professionals running the place is wonderful. It's close to both Mario hospital and clinic. The place is going through a remodel, which you may notice but it didn't interfere with our 10 day stay. The remodeled rooms are completely brand new, sparkling, and extremely comfortable. Breakfast choices are bagels, toast, yogurt, waffles, fruit, breakfast bars, juice, coffee, etc. No eggs bacon or sausage, but those attend ever that great at a hotel anyway. The value combined with the beautiful new rooms and super staff made this the only value hotel we will ever stay at in Rochester.

Paul and Cindy at the desk were very friendly and accommodating. this hotel is 100 percent refurbished this spring. new comfy beds. VERY clean. comp preakfast was good waffles cereal yogurt bagels hard boiled eggs muffins etc. 24 hr tea and coffee. pool and spa were clean . no bad issues at all . beds were very comfortable.

the shuttle for Mayo runs at specific times instead of contact so we just drove in as it didn't match our appts but shuttle looked nice and hotel is only 10 min from Mayo so wasn't a big deal.

I chose Spark because of the value and the convenience of a shuttle to the Mayo Clinic. I was so pleased with the quiet location with easy access to numerous restaurants and services. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff was very friendly, and accomodating.

Clean nice rooms. Definitely would've expected a room looking like this to cost $100-$150 a night easily. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Best bang for your buck in Rochester MN.

Kinda wish the pool wasn't down for maintenance and some sort of meat at the breakfast. But that's not much to complain about.

The Coratel was an excellent place to stay. The front desk personnel were more than amazing. They treated me with respect, kindness, and compassion. I am a post surgical patient and they took that into consideration. Those two are excellent employees.

I was very impressed with the hotel. The price I thought was very good. It was clean, comfortable and had pleasant staff. The kids enjoyed the pool. There was a fridge and a microwave in the room. A lot of amenities for a great value.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I got there i asked for a crib and the lady brought it into the room and set it up. She brought an extra padding for it also. The breakfast was nice.

The only thing was that the pool and hot tub were out of service. Also the lighting in the room was very poor 😕

My husband and I love this hotel! It's very adorable, super clean, quiet, very comfortable, and the staff is already very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel!

I thought it was great. There is construction, but to be expected in any building at any time.
