Breakfast was great, cute hotel,cozy and comfy ,friendly staff

The wi fi was funky but ultimately worked. Slightly hard to access on a busy road.

We hope management and can take the time to recognize their staff. It's hard to find great customer care these days. Your staff was exceptional in assisting me with reservations for our son for a one night stay. Regina went above and beyond and was very patient with us while trying to make his transportation arrangements. The morning staff was also very helpful in helping our son get his bus ticket printed. You also offer a great breakfast too! My husband and I have personally stayed there ourselves and we will continue to have this hotel our go to when we visit Tallahassee.

No coplaints whatsoever!

Lots of murals and painting with writing on the walls. Not your typical hotel. We were able to get snacks up front after midnight. Great breakfast and coffee.

We did have a little trouble with a/c but we were able to reset the outlet. Rain or a/c leaked on carpet under the unit on the wall where there was excessive rainstorms all day.

Clarion Pointe in Tallahassee was absolutely amazing. Their decor is really pretty.Breakfast buffet had different options to choose from.Our Room and Bathroom was VERY clean.Staff,from Front Desk/Check-in to Cleaning Crew was VERY friendly.We liked it so much,that we went back on our way out of Florida. The Hotel is not too far off of I-10 and even though the Hotel is right next to a major Street with ALOT of Traffic,it was really quiet in the Rooms. We will definitely come back and will recommend this Hotel to Friends and Family.

only thing we didn't like,is that we couldn't find more Clarion Pointe Hotels along our Route 😉

There is just so much to say wonderful about this cute hotel! It is the cutest place I have ever stayed. The bed was super comfortable and the room was cozy and so cutely appointed. My favorite of all of the pictures and everything there was the elevator. It has a complete map of the world all the way around it and it's just the neatest thing! People normally just keep looking up at the top of an elevator but you don't need to do that in here because you can be entertained by the walls themselves! The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful and the price is super fair.

There was absolutely nothing not to like!

The breakfast needed work when it comes to the eggs they tasted pretty bland the sausage was good along with the waffles and apple juice

Having to switch rooms cause our first room didn't have running water which should have been checked ahead of time. Though management was able to move us to a another room same floor without any problem was great and made the weekend better

Beautiful design, especially lobby, like in 3-4 starts hotels! Room was clean enough

Receptionist was nice lady, but told us that breakfast wood be until 10am like on Sunday (it was Memorial Day — so it was unclear, would it be the schedule of Sunday or Monday). But when we came down for breakfast at 9.15, it was already finished. So we payed for it and missed because of receptionist 🤦‍♀️

What a nice, unexpected change from the normal, boring hotel! Loved the murials and my fav part was the world map covering the entire inside of the elevator. Thank you Teresa for being so helpful and kind! We especially appreciated your perception of the hotel, giving us a history lesson about Tallahassee while promoting peacefulness and a sound mind. She went above and beyond. We will be back :)

We hated having to leave

It was clean and friendly staff. It was easy to get to where I was going because the highway was close to the hotel.

I like that I was close to the highway and easy to get where I wanted to be. But the downside is that it was a very busy street at certain times of the day. It's the main street that everyone uses to get to work in the morning and home at night, so it's hard to get out, but the people were very nice and let you out.

The location was great, just a little hard to get out of the parking lot if you wanted to turn left. But with a little patience and waiting for a red light, it all worked out. Easy access to I-10, a WalMart near by and several restaurants.

They need to turn the hot water up. With 1/2 open shower, it was freezing. I rate the water at "luke-warm" on the cold side. The worst part is not being able to have a hot shower in the morning (or at midnight or at 3 am - never once did I get a hot shower)
